In recent years,our country primary school schoolwork during work has become a hot topic of the whole society,education departments at all levels have issued a series of policies about the burden,especially the "double reduction policy" has been implemented for two years,whether the burden of pupils,double reduce the policy effect,around the situation are different.According to the current situation of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in H city of Wuhan,this study takes four primary schools in H District of Wuhan as an example to study and analyze the implementation effect of the "double reduction" policy.This study with the questionnaire survey and interview method as the main research method,the Wuhan primary school administrators,primary school teachers,pupils and parents questionnaire survey and interview,to understand the implementation of Wuhan double reduction policy,and carry out the study of Wuhan primary school burden policy implementation status and problems,specific as follows: the first part introduces the topic background,research significance and research method,review the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and illustrates the research and other burden policy implementation related aspects of the innovation.The second part breaks down the core concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.In the third part,this paper empirical studies the implementation status of the double reduction policy in the four primary schools in Wuhan through the evaluation of the policy,the implementation agency,the target group and the environmental factors.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the implementation of the burden reduction policy and its influencing factors.Finally,we reflect on the implementation of burden reduction policy in primary schools and put forward suggestions.This study analyzed the results of interviews and questionnaires and found that,The implementation of the double reduction policy in four primary schools in Wuhan H District is manifested in four aspects: first,the respondents generally believe that the implementation of the double reduction policy is formalized;Second,schools and parents,as the main implementation of the double reduction policy,Although apparently agreed and in favor of double reduction,But in the actual process,the more we reduce the burden,the greater the pressure;Third,the school exam rankings are still being published,Primary school students "inner volume type" remedial classes,training class heat is still not reduced,Caused the primary school students study pressure is huge;Fourth,the traditional concept of reading high still affects the execution environment towards the direction of double reduction.According to the above problems,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the twelve aspects of the four dimensions of perfecting the ideal policy,promoting the support and cooperation of the implementation subject,innovating the primary school education system and mechanism,and setting up the correct concept to improve the implementation environment.It is hoped to provide suggestions and references for the overall promotion of the "double reduction" policy implementation effect of the "double reduction" policy.
