It’s called for the mission of cultivating virtue and cultivating students.Cultivating spiritual qualities is college counselors’ responsibility.Faceing with the major proposition of cultivating new talents,as the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,college counselors should not only organize,implement and guide college students’ daily ideological and political education and management,but also need to complete the theoretical work of enriching educational practical experience.Theorising the education practice experience of college counselors is the fundamental requirement to enhance the professionalization,professionalization,and professionalization of the construction of college counselor teams.Theorising the education practice experience of college counselors is the only way to answer the questions of the times,while embracing the greatness of the country.This study first analyzes the connotation,necessity,process,and characteristics of theorising the education practice experience of college counselors.On this basis,this study analyzes its internal structure,discusses its influencing factors and puts forward the realization path.This study is divided into two main parts,the introduction and the text,and the text is divided into four parts,respectively:The first part is to clarify the relevant theories of theorising the education practice experience of college counselors.This study aims to theoretically enhance educational practical experience and promote the transformation of college counselors from experiential thinking to theoretical thinking,achieving a transcendence of theoretical thinking over experiential thinking.Based on this,further analyze its necessity,process,and characteristics.The second part elaborates the internal structure of theorising the education practice experience of college counselors.Based on its generative logic,it analyzes its 16 specific development directions from four dimensions of value,object,content and process.The third part analyzes the influencing factors of theorising the education practice experience of college counselors.Using field theory and role theory,starting from habitual differences and Role conflict,this paper studies the relevant factors that affect its external security,goal setting,power maintenance,and literacy improvement.The fourth part discusses the realization path of theorising the education practice experience of college counselors.This paper puts forward some suggestions from three perspectives,namely,the college counselors’ individual efforts to provide internal support,the community construction to provide platform support,and the mechanism construction to provide external guarantee,so as to better promote the professional and professional construction of college counselors and even the construction of experts.
