Cadre education and training is a major political advantage of the Communist Party of China,but also an important means for public administration departments to promote the development of human resources.Cadre education and training in Party schools plays an important role in cultivating political literacy,theoretical literacy and professional ability of party and government leading cadres.In the new era,the cadre of the Party has changed.The cadre of the public sector has a higher educational level,is younger,and most of the cadres have multi-post working experience.Under the above background,the personal needs,post needs and organizational needs of the Party cadres in the public sector to participate in the training of the Party school have changed,and there are also new demands on the content,teaching methods,training teachers and teaching management of the Party school cadre education and training.H City,located in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong Province,has an underdeveloped economy and relatively backward Party school construction.There are many weaknesses in cadre education and training.Taking the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee and six county Party schools in H City as examples,this paper conducted an investigation and analysis on the training needs of Party school students at the city and county levels by randomly distributing questionnaires to Party school students and interviewing some teachers and students.Through collecting and sorting out the training materials of city and county Party schools in recent years and field investigation,this paper analyzes the situation of cadre education and training of City and County Party schools in H City.Then,using the theory of supply and demand adaptation in public management,this paper analyzes the supply and demand gap existing in the four dimensions of "relevance,suitability,accessibility and quality" of cadre education and training in H city and county Party School,and points out that H City and County Party School lacks effective supply in training resources,training content,training methods,training mechanisms,training management and other aspects.Starting from improving the supply of software and hardware for cadre education and training,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the construction of Party school infrastructure,improving the level of Party school teachers,improving the practicability and pertinence of courses,innovating modern education and teaching methods,integrating training resources,establishing and improving the restraint mechanism of cadre education and training and the application mechanism of training results.In order to improve the effectiveness of H City public sector human resources training to provide reference.
