The Analysis And Countermeasure Research About The Problems Of Supply And Demand Of Cadre Training In Foshan Municipal Party Committee Party School

A cadre's training is an important part of party building and crucial to improve the quality and ability of a strong contingent of cadres. A party school at basic level, as a main base for training, has played a key role in education of cadres at basic level. However, it is apparent that contradictions exist in the supply and demand of education and training for cadres at basic level. These contradictions and problems have impacts on the effectiveness of cadres' educational training provided at basic level. Therefore, to advance the training effectiveness of a party school in order to establish a high quality contingent of cadres, an in-depth research and analysis of problems in demand and supply of cadres' training to identify properly targeted measures of improvement has theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, a statistical survey has been conducted on the training supply and demand for the cadres at basic level in Foshan city by using questionnaires. Further research and identification of solutions have been carried out based on the survey data and the results of the analysis, to cope with the contradictions between supply and demand.According to the statistical analysis of survey data, the current situations of cadre training in Foshan city indicate that cadres in the survey are relatively satisfied by the effects of the training programs offered by the party school, the quantity of training opportunities of short timeframes, as well as the cadres preferring to having the liberty of selecting courses and small-sized classes. In this paper, A detailed analysis of the party school in Foshan city has been conducted in the fields of training mission, contents, methods, teacher qualifications, and logistical supports. In addition, the training supply capabilities of the party school in Foshan city has been sorted and assessed. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of the gap between the party school's capability to supply training and cadres' demand for training has been conducted. The results show that the party school in Foshan city is only able to partially satisfy the demand. Therefore, gaps exist in training demands and supplies, including the improvement of training contents, the versatility of training approaches, the enhancement of teachers' level of quality, and the mechanisms of training constraint. Finally, the paper enquires into how to solve the conflicting problems betweensupply and demand of cadre training. Determine the training content scientifically,improve teachers' level of quality, innovate training method, perfect Training system, set up the good style of study, to strengthen the Construction of logistics, in order to reduce the contradictions between supply and demand of cadre training in Foshan city.This paper aims to analyze supply and demand for training of cadres in the city of Foshan and seek to provide solutions to existing problems in cadres training programs, in order to improve the training capacity and effectiveness of Foshan Municipal Party School.
