In this era, V.E, which is founded on information technology, with its unique charm, is playing a more and more important role in our modern economic and social development, and it is called the most competitive cooperative mode between enterprises in 21st century. But, in the development of V.E, its culture, as core competence, has been neglected by us all the time, and the systematic study of V.E's culture is also still a blank at home and abroad at the present time. So, according to the problems existing presently in the course of the construction of V.E's culture, how to provide a complete set of reasonable and scientific solution has been a task facing before us, which is urgently needed to be solved.On the basis of the study of the problems existing in the course of the construction of our country's V.E's culture, this paper puts forward some counter measures on how to structure V.E's culture, establishes the adaptability appraisal model of V.E's culture to its management environment, carries on the adaptability assessment of Jili Group's V.E's culture to its management environment according to this model, and puts forward the corresponding measures of rectification and improvement. Inthe end, according to the reality of V.E's cultural construction and special circumstances of Zhejiang province, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
