Research On The Protection Of Law Enforcement Rights And Interests Of Border Inspection Police At Gongbei Station In Zhuhai

With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s foreign exchanges in various fields are increasingly deepening,and the number of entry-exit personnel is growing rapidly every year.In the face of the huge and growing inbound and outbound passenger flow,it is necessary to ensure smooth customs clearance and the safety of inbound and outbound personnel.The police on duty at Gongbei Station are under great pressure.In addition to the heavy workload,insufficient police on duty,irregular work and rest in shifts,and heavy pressure on duty,there are also such objective conditions as lack of legal accountability,outdated duty environment,and weak awareness of rights protection Serious malicious complaints and other practical problems,the protection of law enforcement rights and interests of the border police in Gongbei Station has become increasingly prominent.This paper studies the protection of law enforcement rights and interests of the police in Gongbei Frontier Inspection Station.On the basis of collecting domestic and foreign literature,it mainly conducts a questionnaire survey on the police in Gongbei Frontier Inspection Station,analyzes the reasons for the violation of law enforcement by the police,and carefully analyzes the questionnaire survey and complaints involved.The first purpose of the study is to analyze the damage to the law enforcement rights and interests of the police in border inspection agencies,To study the causes of the damage to the law enforcement rights and interests of the border police;Second,combining the actual border inspection work and the experience of other domestic terminals in protecting the law enforcement rights and interests of the border inspection police,propose countermeasures to protect the law enforcement rights and interests of the border inspection police,so as to provide reference for protecting the law enforcement rights and interests of the police.In addition,analyze the problems existing in the law enforcement work of the border inspection police,the border inspection police can realize the deficiencies in law enforcement and improve the service level,so as to improve the law enforcement and service work.Through questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis,the author summarizes the reasons for the damage to the rights and interests of the border police from the following aspects: lack of application of laws and regulations,poor logistical support,insufficient power of rights protection system,severe law enforcement environment,etc.In view of the existing problems and reasons,the author puts forward specific measures to protect the law enforcement rights and interests of border inspection police from the aspects of strengthening the application of laws and regulations,strengthening logistics support,improving the rights protection mechanism,improving the law enforcement environment,etc.which provides reference for border inspection authorities to take effective measures to protect the rights and interests of police officers in law enforcement,and further enriched the special type of police law enforcement rights protection research theory.
