| Our country and society have always attached great importance to the physical fitness of young students.According to the data of the National Physical Health Test in recent years,the current development of the physical fitness of young people in our country is not optimistic,especially the junior high school students have shown some physical fitness.The phenomenon of declining indicators,and the downward trend is still continuing,needs our attention.The traditional quality exercise method is single and boring.It is difficult for junior high school students in adolescence to achieve the ideal training effect.The research hotspot of many experts and scholars is to find an exercise method that can take into account the students’ interest in practice and achieve the expected exercise effect.The main purpose of this research is to apply the ladder exercises to the school teaching process in the junior high school stage.Starting from the practice of junior high school physical education,to explore the addition of ladder exercises to the junior high school students’physical education classroom.After the intervention of the ladder exercises,various physical fitness indicators What kind of changes will take place,and how effective is it compared with traditional quality training methods.This article mainly uses research methods such as literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.It takes the effect of ladder exercises to promote the physical development of junior high school students as the research object,and takes the first-year students of Yunhe Middle School in Tongzhou District,Beijing as the experimental objects.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Excluding students who failed to complete the experiment,the number of experimental group and control group are both 40 people.The experimental intervention of ladder exercises was carried out in the experimental class,and the control class was carried out regular physical exercises.After 9 weeks,the data of the two classes were statistically analyzed.After 9 weeks of exercise intervention,through statistical analysis of the data of the experimental group of students,it can be found that the ladder practice method adopted in this research can significantly improve the standing long jump,50-meter run,Illinois run,and 20S repetition of junior high school students.Cross jump and 4×10 meters reentry running results,the ladder exercise for boys 1000 meters,800 meters for girls and sitting position body forward bending effect is not as good as other projects.Research and get the following conclusions.(1)After 9 weeks of experimental intervention,in addition to the three test indicators of sitting forward bending,Illinois running,and 20S repeated straddling,the control group has significant differences before and after the experiment of other indicators,but the improvement is not as good as the experimental group.It shows that traditional physical fitness exercises can promote the development of strength and speed quality,but the development effect is not as good as ladder exercises.(2)After 9 weeks of exercise intervention,on the 5 indicators of 50 meters,standing long jump,Illinois running,4×10 meters reentry running,and 20S repeated straddle jumps,the experimental group(soft ladder exercise intervention)before and after the experiment There are significant differences.The control group’s performance before and after the experiment also improved,but the improvement was not as good as that of the experimental group,indicating that the ladder exercise has a significant role in promoting movement speed,lower limb explosiveness and sensitivity.On the test indicators of sitting forward bending,2 minutes skipping,and 800/1000 meters,the experimental group did not show significant differences before and after the experiment,indicating that the ladder exercise has no obvious effect on endurance and flexibility.(3)Ladder exercises can promote multiple physical qualities of junior high school students.Compared with traditional fitness exercises,ladder exercises mainly use short-term and high-frequency exercises to stimulate the nerve center to send nerve impulses.More neurons are recruited to participate in the contraction,to achieve better training effects,better training effects,and higher efficiency.It is in line with the physical and mental characteristics of junior high school students and is suitable for introducing junior high school physical education. |
