| At the end of the 20th century, the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China introduced the ladder training method from the United States as a new modern physical training method. The ladder training is mainly used to develop athletes’ agile qualities and coordination capabilities. However,it is still relatively rare to introduce students into junior high school physical education classes to develop students’ physical fitness.Based on this, this article attempts to apply the ladder training to junior high school physical education classrooms to develop a 10-week training program designed to explore the practical effects of this emerging physical training method on the development of junior high school students’ agility, and to engage in sports. The first-line physical education teachers and students in teaching work know more scientific and effective training methods, promote the improvement of sports performance, and lay a foundation for the promotion of the ladder training methods. In this study, through the methods of literature data, expert interviews, experimentation, and mathematical statistics, the second and second classes of Nanjing No.13 Middle School Lock Gold Branch were selected and a total of 80 students were subjected to a 10-week experiment. The experimental schedule was arranged in the preparation activities of the volleyball unit classroom teaching in the first semester of the second semester. The experimental subjects were divided into experimental classes and control classes. The experimental class arranged the ladder training;the control class adopted the traditional training method according to the teaching requirements of the volleyball unit.Mainly for some traditional special physical exercises and games. At the end of the experiment, the evaluation indexes of the sensitive qualities of men and women were respectively tested:4×10 meter turn back run, cross turn run,20 second repeat side step and 10 second cross quadrant jump;and according to the teaching requirements of the semester, the students were 36 meters long.Mobile performance assessment.Through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:1.After the experiment was over, there was a significant difference between the test data of various sensitive indicators of male and female students in the experimental group and before the experiment, indicating that the ladder training has a good effect on the development of junior high school students’ agility.2.After the end of the experiment, the scores of the 4×10 meter return run of girls in the control group and the cross-reversal of the boys were significantly different from the previous experimental results, but the increase of the results was very small, which was in accordance with the law of motion. For junior high school students with poor athletic foundation, the change is not obvious.3.After the end of the experiment, the control group had no significant difference between the test data of the other three sensitivity indicators of male and female students and the previous experiment. It shows that after 10 weeks of traditional training, the improvement effect of junior high school students’ agility is not obvious.4.After the end of the experiment, there was a significant difference between the test data of the sensitivity indicators of the boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group, which showed that compared with the traditional training method, the development effect of the ladder training on the sensitivity of the junior middle school students was the same.better.5.After the experiment was over, there was a significant difference in the 36-meter moving results between the boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group, indicating that under the same conditions, compared to the traditional training method, the ladder training improved the 36-meter movement of the students during the semester.Good improvement. |
