Cognitive training refers to the training of core cognitive ability to improve the performance of other cognitive tasks.Recent studies have found that adding simple tasks to difficult tasks can bring temporary improvements in task performance.A large number of current studies have shown that the complexity and speed of the cognitive process possessed by e-sports athletes may be the main factors that determine whether they can win the game or play a higher level of athleticism. And adaptive 3D Multiple Object Tracking training has been applied to groups such as children, the elderly, and football players, and has shown good training effects. This research will be divided into two parts,First, the idea of mixing cognitive training applied to Multiple Object Tracking cognitive training,we proposed a 3D Multiple Object Tracking and mixing a combination of cognitive training paradigm in order to be able to more efficiently improve the cognitive ability of an individual.Experiment 1 divided ordinary college students into five groups for single cognitive training. One group was the control group, the two groups were the training group including mixed training and adaptive training, and the other two groups were matched with adaptive intensity.Equal-intensity mixed group, and a single difficult group consisting of all difficult trials.Explore the effect of single-shot mixed training, compare the difference between adaptive training and mixed training, and eliminate the influence of training intensity on the difference between the two training effects. The results showed that the short-term single mixed training improved the performance of the participants in the multi-target tracking task. The rest of the training groups did not improve, and all the training groups had no significant transfer. It shows that the training effect of single mixed training is better than adaptive training in terms of dynamic attention.and the advantage of mixed training is not simply due to intensity or method, but the result of the effective combination of the two.Experiment 2 uses mixed training and adaptive training to intervene in ordinary college students for 3 weeks, twice a week. The results show that both mixed training and adaptive training improved the subjects’ performance on MOT tasks and improved their accuracy on working memory tasks, but the two training methods did not show significant differences, and the training effect has not been reflected in the attention to the network function.Experiment 3,E-sports players were selected as experimental participants for a three-week training period to explore the effects of hybrid cognitive training applied to e-sports athletes and the transfer effect of cognitive training. The results show mixed training improved the subjects’ performance on MOT tasks, both mixed training and adaptive training improved their performance in executive control functions, but the two training methods did not show significant differences. In addition, the data of Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 were jointly analyzed to explore the impact of training time on the cognitive ability of ordinary college students. The results found that the effect of medium and long-term training is higher than shortterm in terms of dynamic attention. The data of Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 were jointly analyzed to explore the effect of medium and long-term cognitive training in different groups of people. The results found that the improvement of the mixed training group on the 2 back of e-sports players was greater than that of the adaptive training group;and the adaptive group The improvement in the accuracy of 2 back of middle and ordinary college students was significantly greater than that of e-sports players. In 3 back, the accuracy of the mixed training group in the ordinary college student population was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the increase in the accuracy of ordinary college students in the mixed training group was greater than that of the control group.E-sports players. In terms of attention to network function, the control group found that the improvement of e-sports players’ directional function was significantly higher than that of ordinary college students.Conclusion:(1)Short-term single mixed training can improve the average performance of ordinary people in Multiple Object Tracking, and the advantage of mixed training is not simply due to intensity or method, but the result of the effective combination of the two.(2)For 3 weeks, adaptive training and mixed training twice a week can improve the Multiple Object Tracking performance of the general population, and the training effect can be transferred to working memory.(3)For 3 weeks, mixed training twice a week can improve the maximum tracking ability of E-sports athletes in MOT tasks, and the adaptive training and mixed training effect can be transferred to the executive control function. And on the 2-back task,it is found that the improvement of mixed training is greater than that of adaptive training.(4)In terms of working memory, the training effect of the general population is better than that of E-sports athletes.
