Purpose:In this study,we observed the behavioral changes of Baduanjin exercise on the improvement of the mood of college students through the horizontal comparison research method,and further used functional magnetic resonance imaging technology to compare and analyze the relevant brain areas of the college students under the emotional block task after the Baduanjin exercise intervention.In order to reveal the influence of Baduanjin exercise on college students’ emotions and its brain mechanism,it will provide experimental evidence and theoretical basis for improving the mental health problems of contemporary college students and formulating exercise prescriptions for unhealthy mood relief,so as to provide "integrated physical and medical" health The realization of the new management model and the promotion of Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin have positive social significance and application valueMethod:Content of the study:22 college students with Ba Duan Jin practicing for more than 1 year were recruited from Beijing Sport University.The subjects were required to complete two magnetic resonance experiments within one week.One person did not complete the experimental task within the specified time,so he was excluded.21 people were eventually enrolled.The subjects were given Baduanjin exercise intervention when they were the experimental group,and they were given a blank rest period of the same time when they were the control group,and their emotional state was instantaneous.VAS(Visual Analog Scoring)is used for evaluation test,and emotional processing is evaluated by Hariri Task,and it is equipped with Siemens 3.0T functional magnetic resonance scan.During the beginning and the end of the experiment,a total of 12 complete behavioral data of the subjects were collected.The Baduanjin experimental group was before the practice,after the first practice,after the second practice,after the third practice,and took a short break.After filling in the Instant Emotion Scale,the blank control group also controlled to collect the Instant Emotion Scale at the same time point.21 fMRI data.Use SPSS26.0 for statistical processing and analysis.First,analyze and process 12 behavioral data.Use paired sample t-test to test the changes of Baduanjin exercises compared with rest period,and then focus on rest and exercises.These two factors at different time nodes use two-way repeated analysis of variance to analyze the main effects and the interaction effects to observe whether there are significant differences,and then perform post-test(paired sample t-test)on the categories with significant differences.The functional magnetic resonance imaging data was processed and statistically analyzed using AFNI and FSL toolkits in the Linux systemResults:1.Behavioral data analysis found that,compared with rest,the emotional index scores of several time nodes after Baduanjin exercise were higher than those during rest,and there were significant differences(p<0.05).After Baduanjin exercises,the physical strength feeling tended to be higher than at rest,but the results were not significant;the anxiety and depression index scores after Baduanjin exercises tended to be lower than those of the blank control group,but there was no significant difference.2.The subjects in the experimental group showed significant differences(p<0.05)after the fourth time point,that is,3 times of Baduanjin exercises compared with the control group,which can reflect that the Baduanjin exercises have a certain effect on the immediate mood improvement.3.Hariri emotion-face matching task activation only had a significant interaction effect(p<0.001).After Baduanjin practice,the activation degree of the right inferior temporal gyrus was significantly lower than before practice.Conclusion:Behavioral studies have shown that Baduanjin exercises have a positive effect on negative emotions;the functional magnetic resonance imaging results indicate the activation degree of the emotional processing brain area in the right inferior temporal gyrus after one-time Baduanjin exercises reduce.This paper reveals the brain activation mechanism of a single Baduanjin exercise to improve the mood of college students,and also suggests that the right inferior temporal gyrus is the key brain function area for Baduanjin to regulate emotional state.
