Research On The Regulatory System Of Football Agents In China

With the increasing professionalization and commercialization of football,the football brokering industry has entered a period of rapid development and brokering is now becoming increasingly frequent.Football brokers have played an important role in promoting the development of the football brokering industry.However,due to the limitations of the sports system,the imperfection of the law and many other factors,there are various acts that are not in line with the industry norms and even illegal and disorderly behavior in the industry,which not only seriously affects the overall image of football brokers,but also disrupts the normal order of the football broking market and affects the development of the football industry as a whole,so it is urgent to strengthen the regulation of football brokers.This study will start from the problems of the football brokerage market and the regulation of football brokers,to sort out and summarize the current situation of the regulation of football brokers and promote the effectiveness of the regulation of football brokers in China.This study takes the regulatory system of football brokers in China as the research object,through literature,expert interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods,and based on sorting out the problems of football brokers in China,proposes to build a "four-in-one" regulatory system in China that is applicable to the period of football reform and development in China and in line with the current situation of football brokers’ development.The study also proposes a "four-in-one" regulatory system for football brokers in China.The main conclusions are as follows.1.At present,the development of football brokers in China has problems such as monopoly;information asymmetry;unregulated behavior of football brokers and incompleteness of laws.2.A comparative analysis of the regulation of football brokers in China and France concludes that the following problems exist in the regulation of football brokers in China:inadequate laws and regulations for the regulation of football brokers;misplaced administrative regulation;insufficient understanding of the function and role of self-regulatory regulation;and insufficient role of social subjects such as the media in the regulation of football brokers.3.China should build a "four-in-one" football agent regulation system based on legal regulation,administrative regulation as the core,self-regulatory regulation as the main body and social regulation as a supplement.4.Optimize the regulation system of football brokers in China by establishing and improving the regulatory system of football brokers;accurately positioning the function of administrative regulation,clarifying the main body of administrative regulation and the scope of its functions;establishing the main body of self-regulatory regulation and enhancing the independence of self-regulatory organizations;broadening the way of social opinion regulation and guaranteeing the power of media supervision.
