Investigationg And Research On The Executive Ability Of Football Activities In Longnan Campus Football Characteristic Schools

There are 60 characteristic football schools in Longnan City,which provide strong support for the development of campus football activities in Gansu Province.However,the actual situation of football activities and what kind of predicament are worth studying.By means of the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field observation,this paper makes an analysis on the execution of the football activities of characteristic football schools and the conclusions are as follows:First,the Government of the Longnan City and the municipal department carry out national policies well.The 60 characteristic football schools selected formulate clear goals and mission and in 2016,8 of them were awarded as "National Characteristic Football School";Second,the execution of campus football activities in Longnan City is well.As the executive principal,the school leaders attach great importance to football activities and support in participating in football activities,but a few schools carry out the activities perfunctorily.As a part of the executive subject,teachers and coaches teach students well,nevertheless,less professional teachers and low level of professional skills result in that students can not improve their skills and cognition quickly.Third,the times of some students participating in football activities reflect the problem of lack of learning motivation,which makes carrying out football activities difficult.Some parents do not support their children in participating in football activities.Forth,different schools participate in different football matches.Seldom take part in football matches,and football schools do not list football as the teaching curriculum.Fifth,the football facilities of all primary and secondary schools in Longnan City can meet the needs of students so that they can participate in football activities,which is more abundant than other schools in the province.Sixth,Analysis of the factors influencing the execution of football activities in Longnan Campus Football Characteristic School: the importance attached to football activities by the school leaders of Longnan Football Characteristic School,the attitude of parents to children's participation in football activities,the attitude of students to participate in football activities,the training system and competitions,the teaching staff,the investment of school funds and the degree of social concern are various factors in Longnan City.The executive power ofcampus football activities is analyzed,which has a certain guiding role for the good development of football activities in Longnan characteristic school of campus football.Based on our study,the suggestions are following:The recommendations are as follows.First,keep the enforcement of the policy and expect an increase in the number of "national football schools".Second,formulate relevant rewards and punishment policies for the executive subjects and improve the overall level of teachers.Third,enhance publicity on the characteristic campus football culture and relax the football specialty entrance.Forth,strengthen the course construction of the football schools,establish and perfect the competition system at all levels,train student's football consciousness,carry out the extracurricular football activity vigorously.Fifth,strengthen all aspects of conditions construction.Through the above suggestions,schools can further improve the execution,which can provide powerful help for carrying out the school football work in Longnan City.
