The professionalization and commercialization of football players at present expand many soccer industries and also influence sports economy deeply. In 1994, professional league started and professional football sport came into the market. The character of the players, teams as well as those under China's socialist system has changed a lot. Football players begin to move in professional football market, which is called transfer.The football transfer market football in development countries, such as the countries in Europe or in America, etc. is mature and flourishing. Although the football transfer system in China has been reforming, it has many problems, including the transfer system hasn't allowed the football agent to participate in athletes transfer obeying the marketing economic law, and the free transfer system which is associated with the Chinese situation hasn't established yet, etc. The existing of these problems can't adapt to the market economic reform and further advance of P.E. management system. In order to further advance the reform and the development of football course in China, this paper attempts to explore and research on the establishment of the athlete transfer system with Chinese characteristics and its is harmony with agent development.Adopting document data, comparative research method and case analysis, this paper analyze the development law of the transfer of professional football players and their agents. By discussing the problems on the origin and development of transfer system in our country, the current situation of football agents and the reason of their bad interaction, this paper aims to put forward some countermeasures to promote the interaction of the football player's transfer and agents. It is expected that the suggestion is useful to the healthy development of professional football industry in our country. The advice goes to:1. The football player's transfer is connected to the agents closely in our country. Football player's transfer and football agents complement each other, mutually promote each other. Good interaction can give prosperous chances to football players and agents. It also can promote and development football industry greatly.2. Fine professional football player's transfer system does good to promote national football standard, improve the football player himself as a player and increase the overall strength of club and strengthen the vitality of league matches. Football agents could promote football professionalization and commercialization. And be propitious to adjust the supply and demand antinomy, improve the athlete recourse collocation benefits, and be useful to help the communication between club and the athletes.3. The professional football player's transfer system have experienced 5 stages: (1994-1997) liberty transfer stage, (1998-2000) delisting system (along plucking) stage, (2001-2002) delisting system (but take off) stage, (2003-2004) dual system co-existing stages, the liberty having restricted in 2005. Though the football player'transfer system is developing ceaselessly, there exists the problem as before. The football agent development is only in starting phase now. It shows mainly in the following aspects: The starting of Chinese football agents is late. The quantity of Chinese football agent is few. The overall quality of Chinese football agent is low. The normalized degree of Chinese football agent marketplace is low.4. The main reasons why the transfer of professional football players does not coordinate well with football agents lie in the following aspects. Firstly, football association over-magnifies their power. Secondly, the pricing mechanism about athletes'transfer fee is unreasonable. Thirdly, athletes cannot move to the club one after another freely. Finally, the clubs find it difficult to deploy athletes, and agents are not provided enough developing space.5. to reduce the football association administration authority; to reform items on athletes'free transfer; to reform pricing mechanism about athletes'transfer fee; to set up compensation system for young athletes; to improve methods which are used to deal with the issues on transfer; to perfect other provision, such as stable promotion system, good match system, the system of renting and exchange football players, reasonable transfer time, etc ,Which are the development direction of the professional football player transfer and Football agent Coordinated development.6. The new system of football players'transfer should agree with the reformation of economic system and national administration reform. It also should be in line with the requirement of professional football disciplinary, and the interest of football association, clubs, football players and football agent.7. In addition, other effects should be taken into consideration. First, building up perfect law system; second, the increasing development and promotion of the football players themselves; third, constant completion of the football agents'specification; forth, enhancing the management.
