| The composition of tennis technical movements is complex,and it is difficult to finalize the movements in the early stage of movement.Moreover,in the process of tennis teaching,tennis teachers often need to teach several students at the same time,which brings some difficulties to tennis teaching.Through the research of tennis auxiliary training equipment,the purpose of this paper can help improve the teaching efficiency and the quality of action.Let beginners through tennis auxiliary training equipment more intuitive experience of tennis technical movements,so that the teaching becomes more interesting and can help beginners reduce the difficulty of action and psychological fear of tennis,so as to increase the beginners’ interest in learning tennis.In this experiment,24 beginners in the fifth grade of Beijing Yuecheng International School,including the experimental group(6 girls,6 boys)and the control group(6 girls,6 boys)were given tennis teaching for 16 weeks,each class is 90 minutes long and the teaching arrangement was determined according to the learning effect of the previous stage.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Tennis auxiliary teaching equipment can help beginners to better realize the dynamic stereotypes,and tennis auxiliary equipment can continue to practice,help beginners to establish the correct movement image,help beginners to better learn tennis this sport.2.Tennis auxiliary equipment can carry out targeted training for beginners in the training,which can not only help beginners improve their skills,but also improve the efficiency of training.The coach has more time to guide students’ technical movements.3.The teaching method of tennis auxiliary equipment is more conducive to helping beginners learn and master the basic knowledge of tennis,and is more conducive to the popularization and development of tennis in schools. |
