With the release of the《Outline for the Construction of a Sports Power》,In 2019,the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" was issued nationwide.More and more people are participating in different forms of sports activities.Marathons in track and field have gradually become the most popular nowadays due to their high participation and low sports threshold.One of the ways of exercise.Half marathon is a sub-item of the marathon.It is also a long-distance endurance event.It is the most popular sport in the marathon with the largest number of participants.In this study,by consulting domestic and foreign literature related to marathon training and high-intensity interval training theories,and on the basis of mastering certain training theories,it hopes to provide male amateur half-marathon runners with scientific and reasonable training programs,so different training programs are designed the high-intensity interval running training program trains male amateur half-marathon runners.While guiding them to master scientific training theory,it also helps athletes improve their athletic performance.In the study,three different programs of high-intensity intermittent running were used.24 male amateur half-marathon runners(randomly divided into three groups)with a sports level of the general public were used for 6 weeks of experimental intervention in each group of different programs.Under the guidance of the instructor and the assistance of professional coaches,the training effects of high-intensity interval running on men’s amateur half marathon runners under three different schemes were studied,and the following conclusions were finally drawn:1.Interval running training can have a positive impact on male amateur half marathon runners,and reasonable control of training intensity and permutation and combination methods can bring better training effects.2.The training effect of body composition index.Interval training with different programs has significant effects on the body fat rate of male amateur half-marathon runners.In terms of skeletal muscle quality,the training program with high training intensity and the training program of decreasing load training method have a certain degree of change compared with before the experiment,but the weight of the three groups did not change compared with that before the experiment.3.The training effect of maximal oxygen uptake index.Interval running training of different programs has a positive effect on the maximum oxygen uptake of male amateur half marathon runners.Among the three groups,the training effect of the decreasing load training method is the most obvious;the training effect of the maximum oxygen uptake speed is seen from the point of view of the experiment.The maximum oxygen uptake speed of the two experimental groups increased significantly,increasing by 0.67km/h and 0.73km/h respectively.4.The training effect of heart rate index.Interval training with different programs improves the cardiac function of male amateur half-marathon runners.After the experiment,the resting heart rate and the average heart rate during exercise did not change,but the interval running training of the three programs had more significant effects on the training of the heart rate recovery time after exercise.5.Sports performance training effect.The three groups of amateur athletes have made great progress in their special performance.Each group has an improvement of nearly 4 to 6 minutes in the special performance.The interval running training with decreasing load improves the special performance compared with the other two groups of training.The effect is better.
