| Volleyball is one of the sports in which the skills dominate the net confrontation.While the skills occupy the dominant position,the athletes’ good jumping ability,keen judgment,fast moving ability and other qualities are also indispensable.These qualities are in direct proportion to the explosive power,through the training and strengthening of the explosive power,in the competition to assist the athletes’ skills to play,so that the athletes in the competition in the process of advantage.And the generation of power and lower limb muscle group is closely related to the coordination and explosive force mainly through the thigh muscle group,before and after the rapid contraction of the muscles of the knee and ankle on work,so the development of each big muscle group of muscle strength will be good to improve the explosive force,and comparative literature,most of the literature is on the whole the increase of the lower limb muscle strength training is a small number of studies of a piece of muscle strength,and the muscles of the study is in the active role in the process of contraction,coaches after initiation of muscle group of research and training arrangement is less,not enough attention,muscle strength before and after contrast not harmonious,This results in a lack of strength in the hip extensor muscles,a slower take-off and start speed,and a greater risk of injury to the posterior femoris muscles.This paper mainly studies the physiological mechanism characteristics of the posterior vastus muscle group,as well as the role of the posterior vastus muscle group in the movement of the lower limb movement ability,and conducts the training of the posterior vastus muscle group in the physical fitness class after the end of the volleyball training class,so as to provide reference for improving the lower limb explosive force of volleyball special athletes and preventing hamstring injury.Using the method of literature,experimental research method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method,16 players of the 2018 male volleyball special team of Beijing Sport University were taken as the experimental subjects.Through the experimental intervention of 8-week strength training of posterior femoral muscle group,the following results were obtained:(1)After eight weeks of the experiment,the flexor and extensor muscles of the experimental group and the control group were increased under the isokinetic centriolar mode.The experimental group has a large increase in flexor strength,There were significant differences(P<0.05),the extensor muscle increased slightly,but the difference was not obvious.In the control group,the increase amplitude of extensor muscle was large with significant difference,while the increase amplitude of flexor muscle was large without significant difference.(2)the eight weeks after the experiment,the experimental group of flexor ratio increases to a reasonable scope,and the control group flexor ratio drops,are more likely to lead to lower limb injury,results show that:after muscle force increases,can balance the subjects’ knee flexor strength,make group of muscle strength before and after the balanced development,further improve the subjects’ explosive.(3)After eight weeks of the experiment,the height and relative power of the half-squat jump of the experimental group and the control group were 44.25±7.15,41.25±7.15,49.45±7.69 and 47.50±6.66,respectively.The difference before and after the experimental group is statistically significant(P<0.05).The experiment shows that the increase of lower limb strength can shorten the take-off time in the effective time.(4)After eight weeks of the experiment,subjects’ 30 meter running results were 4.13.79±0.11 in the experimental group and 4.13±0.02 in the control group,respectively.There was no significant difference in 30 meter running results before and after the experiment(P<0.05).Because there are so many factors affecting a 30-meter run,it is not enough to increase the maximum strength of your lower extremities.Research conclusion:(1)The posterior femoris muscle training program can effectively improve the test scores of lower limb flexor peak moment,flexor and extensor ratio,squat jump and longitudinal jump high index of volleyball students,which indicates that the design and arrangement of the training program is reasonable.(2)the training according to the experiment results concluded that lower limbs traditional training plays a fundamental role in the development of power quality,and shares after the muscles training is of raising their strength is weak in peacetime training and ignore the offset part of the muscle,activate more deep muscle exercise,then to comprehensively improve the volleyball players in the game play to stable competitive level is of great significance.(3)the centripetal and centrifugal action after initiation of muscle training can improve the measure of the centrifugal force and centripetal force,the flexor muscles and extensor strength is not obvious,it is associated with the stimulus of training action,through to the targeted group of muscle after exercise,can improve the weak muscle strength,balance the knee flexor strength,belongs to the knee flexor ratio,on the basis of a reasonable range,Exercise each part in a balanced way to improve the stability of the lower limbs before and after muscle group.This set of training movements can not only improve the explosive power,but also exercise the posterior femoral muscle group,and prevent muscle injury caused by the imbalance of muscle force before and after muscle group. |
