Perform experimental investigations.At the same time,it also provides experimental data for finding training methods,methods,loads,and training sequences suitable for long jump athletes’ French method,experimental methodThis thesis contains two studies: feasibility experiment(pre-experiment)and formal control experiment.Experiment 1: Pre-experiment(without before and after 3weeks): 4 track and field postgraduate postgraduate students conducted French contrast method training interventions in the Sports University Complex and track and field for 3 weeks(twice a week,90 minutes each time).The experimental scheme mainly includes 4 movements(squat,deep jump,weight squat,quadruple frog jump).85% 1RM barbell weight squats 2-3 times-suitable for height jump box once,repeat 4times-30% 1RM barbell weight squats,take off and jump 4 times-one complete four-step frog jump,a whole set of 4 action cycles In four groups,the interval between groups is 5-30 seconds,and the interval between groups is 4 minutes.Observe whether all subjects have adverse reactions during the intervention process,the time taken to complete the four movements after 3 weeks of intervention,the heart rate change index curve,and the 1RM squat weight change to evaluate the power training situation.Experiment 2: Formal experiment(8-week controlled experiment)This study is an 8-week(two times a week,90 minutes)intervention controlled experiment performed on 16 subjects at Shuguang Track and Field in Shanxi Yuncheng University.All experimental students were stochastic divided into two groups: experimental group(N = 8)and control group(N = 8);experimental procedures: recruitment of subjects,screening of subjects,randomization of groups,pre-experiment testing,exercise intervention,and experimental Testing,post-test testing,statistical analysis of test data,etc.The intervention of the experimental group was performed on the basis of the experiment of the first experiment;the movements of the control group were also the same four methods(squat,deep jump,weight squat,four-level frog jump).Barbell weight squats 2-3 times as a group,repeat 4 groups,prepare the next item and the second item after a 4 minute interval: 4 jump boxes suitable for height are once,repeat 4 groups,prepare the next after a 4 minute interval Project,the third project: 30% 1RM barbell weight-bearing half-squat jump 4 times,cycle 4 groups,prepare the next project after a 4 minute interval,the fourth project: a complete four-stage frog jump action.The interval time within the group is 5-30 seconds,and the interval time between groups is 4 minutes.Research result:(1)Research results of experiment 1: After 3 weeks of French contrast strength training,all four subjects showed no adverse reactions to the intervention process.The time taken to complete the four actions and the heart rate change index curve and 1RM depth after 3 weeks of intervention Squat weight changes significantly improved(P <0.05).(2)Results of the second experiment:Through the 8-week intervention control experiment,the main results are as follows:1)On the 1RM value index: compared with the experimental group and the control group,the French contrast method strength training subjects and the control group strength training subjects both increased in the 1RM index,and the increase was significantly different(P <0.05)The increase of 1RM value in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).2)Explosive power index:Compared with the pre-test of the control group,the post-test of the control group has a significant increase in the 30-meter time running,vertical in-situ touch and high triple jump(P = 0.002,P = 0.000,P = 0.022)while 30-meter timed single-foot jump and standing long jump have improved but there is no significant difference(P =0.468,P = 0.140);and the test group after the test compared with the test before the test,30 meters time running,30 meters The index data such as timed one-foot jump,in-situ vertical jump high,standing triple jump,standing long jump,etc.all improved(P = 0.000,P = 0.006,P = 0.000,P = 0.000,P = of improvement(P = 0.035)Research main conclusions: 1)Strength training in the French comparison group of the experimental group and general strength training in the control group have corresponding training effects on the maximum strength squat value,explosive power index and long jump performance,but the contribution rate to the actual training evaluation index is different.The general strength training method is better than the experimental group in increasing the maximum strength squat value of the subject,so that the subject’s lower limb muscles can withstand a greater load.The French comparison group can significantly improve the lower limb explosive power of long jump athletes,improve the long jump performance,and the improvement effect is significantly better than the general strength intervention methods.2)The strength comparison method of the French comparison group is different from the general strength training method in the training of explosive power of the lower limbs: the general strength training method focuses on the accumulation of training "quantity",and uses repeated training methods to achieve qualitative changes through quantitative changes and improve the lower limbs of the subjects The effect of explosive power;on the contrary,the French comparison group strength training method focuses more on the "qualitative" change in training.The combined training method is used to make the various methods of optimizing the effect of the explosive power training on the subjects effective in a certain order.To achieve the effect of radically
