| As the first province to establish sports tourism demonstration area in China,Guizhou Province,combining with its own resources and characteristics,vigorously develops sports tourism while pursuing the development theory of "Two Mountains".With the increase of the number of sports tourism,the construction of sports tourism infrastructure and personnel services in Guizhou Province have been put forward new requirements.It is well known that tourists’ satisfaction has a direct impact on their revisit rate,recommendation rate and other post-tour behaviors.Therefore,it is necessary for Guizhou province to pay attention to the satisfaction of sports tourists in order to develop the sports tourism industry and set up the national sports tourism demonstration area.This research takes the hikers satisfaction of Guizhou Province as the subjects,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the hiking tourism in Guizhou Province.First of all,through the process of sorting and researching of relevant literature,the index pool that affects the satisfaction of hiking tourists in Guizhou Province is summarized and constructed,and the pre-questionnaire is formed.Through item analysis and factor analysis on the pre-survey questionnaire data,the satisfaction index system of the hikers in Guizhou Province was established,and the formal questionnaire was formed.Secondly,an empirical survey was carried out on the hikers in Guizhou Province.Through IPA and other analysis on the questionnaire data,the present situation of the satisfaction of hikers in Guizhou Province was presented,and the priority direction for improving the satisfaction of hikers in Guizhou Province was obtained.On this basis,relevant suggestions were put forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Hiker satisfaction evaluation index system in Guizhou Province is composed of 22 attribute indexes in four dimensions,including supporting service perception,personnel service perception,value perception and hiking route perception.(2)Hikers in Guizhou Province are composed of high education,middle and low income,etc.,with a trend of polarization in age,and the main motivations of participation are get close to nature,leisure and fitness.(3)The perception of satisfaction degree of hikers in Guizhou Province is lower than the perception of importance degree,that is,there is a certain gap between the satisfaction degree of hikers and their expectations.Hiking tourism activities in Guizhou Province have not completely met the psychological expectations of hikers for the time being,and there is still a certain room for improvement.(4)Hikers with different route types,genders and incomes have different overall satisfaction with hiking tourism in Guizhou Province.Hikers’ satisfaction with the comprehensive routes in Guizhou Province is the highest,followed by the humanistic routes and the natural routes.The overall satisfaction of male hikers is slightly higher than that of female hikers,among which male hikers attach more importance to the cultural environment of the route,while female hikers attach more importance to the safety and richness of the process of hiking.On the whole,the satisfaction of middle and high income groups is higher than that of middle and low income groups,among which the satisfaction of middle income group is the highest and the satisfaction of low income group is the lowest.(5)Hiking tourists have a high degree of satisfaction with the natural environment,air quality and safety and sense of accomplishment of the hiking routes in Guizhou Province,which are the advantages of the hiking tourism activities in Guizhou Province and should be maintained.(6)Hikers have a low satisfaction evaluation on the cultural environment,signage facilities,the richness of the hiking process,personnel skill service,business level and rescue system of the trekking routes in Guizhou Province.These are the key factors restricting the improvement of the satisfaction of the hiking tourists in Guizhou Province,and should be improved immediately and with priority.On the basis of the research conclusions,we offered some proposal:Ⅰ.In the process of planning,development and design of hiking routes,cultural guidance should be strengthened,local characteristics should be explored,multi-cultural guidance of Guizhou should be highlighted,quality route supply should be increased,and humanistic environment should be included as an essential aspect to pay attention to;Ⅱ.Second,while strengthening the infrastructure construction of hiking routes,focus on promoting the integration of resources,and pay attention to the overall development of hiking tourism;Ⅲ.Introduce qualification certification and training systems for hiking tour leaders or tour guides,etc.,to improve the professional knowledge,skills,business level and emergency handling ability of the practitioners of hiking tours;Ⅳ.Strengthen the development of accident rescue system,and establish a safety rescue command and dispatch system for hiking Tours. |
