As the Ministry of Education emphasizes implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,promoting ideological and political education in the curriculum.Moral education is key to educating students.And to foster students’ socialist core values.It requires to be blended into the overall process of high school theoretical knowledge teaching.The ideological and political education of high school students must not only rely on ideological and political courses,but also require that all courses in basic education can take responsibility for the ideological and political education of students,and have the mission of cultivating students with both ability and political integrity,promoting their all-round development and form a synergistic effect.The construction of ideological and political education in high school chemistry courses can enable high school students who study science to be influenced by ideological and political education even if they do not have ideological and political courses.Through the analysis of relevant literature,the author found that there is very little content concerning research on the practice and strategy of the development and construction of ideological and political education in domestic high school chemistry courses.Therefore,based on the current situation and theoretical basis,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of ideological and political education in high school chemistry courses as well as the classification of ideological and political elements in a scientifical manner,and discusses in depth the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into daily chemistry knowledge teaching,so as to explore the fusion form of ideological and political elements and chemical knowledge and its basic principles.Next,in order to mine the extensive ideological and political elements in the compulsory high school chemistry textbooks,this paper sorts out and summarize the teaching material case related to the ideological and political elements in the courses in six aspects.Starting from the ideological and political elements in the courses such as patriotism education,social responsibility awareness,scientific rigor,scientific experimental exploration spirit,innovative practical ability,green environmental protection concept,career education and so on,and through the combination of various materials such as the history of chemistry,chemical experiments for scientific inquiry,and cutting-edge fields closely related to chemistry,in order to better teach the connection content of professional knowledge and moral education,this paper has explored four implementation paths for the effective integration of ideological and political elements into high school chemistry teaching:enhancing teachers and students’ attention to ideological and political education in the curriculum;fully exploring the ideological and political elements in chemistry textbooks;reforming teaching methods and means;establishing an integrated teaching evaluation system.After the practice of chemistry teaching design under the background of ideological and political education in the curriculum,interviews with teachers and students are conducted to analyze students’ attitudes and views on the integration of ideological and political elements into high school chemistry teaching,so as to partially show the effect of ideological and political education integrating into chemistry teaching.In this way,the research on the path of integrating ideological and political elements into high school chemistry teaching is given a certain degree of implementation significance.
