| The idea that reading teaching is based on "chapters" is deeply rooted.Although Chinese textbooks are arranged by "units","units" are often suspended in teaching practice.There are some problems in both the association within units and the integration between units.The present modern poetry teaching is examined with the teaching concept of "understanding-based",and the practice of "covering textbook content" and "activity-oriented teaching" can not meet the needs of modern poetry teaching.From the perspective of large unit teaching theory,this study comprehensively understands the current situation of modern poetry teaching in junior middle schools by questionnaire survey,individual interview and teaching case analysis.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,it is found that there are some problems in modern poetry teaching,such as the absence of key concepts,the single form of learning tasks,the design of learning situations and the narrowing of knowledge transfer.The reasons for these problems are as follows: Chinese teachers’ deep-rooted thinking in single reading teaching,inadequate ability to extract the key concepts of modern poetry reading,weak ability to design real learning situations and multiple learning tasks,and inadequate understanding of learning transfer theory.In order to implement the concept of large unit teaching,modern poetry teaching should refine the key concepts of modern poetry reading on the basis of accurately grasping the stylistic characteristics,screening the high-frequency words of "Chinese course standard" and sorting out the key information of Chinese textbooks.Enrich the dimension of learning task design with basic problems,practical orientation and big Chinese view;In order to realize the goal of integrating modern poetry teaching across units,the text of modern poetry is related to students’ Chinese experience by learning situation.To facilitate the transfer of knowledge within units,between units and between sections with large tasks.Based on the improvement strategy of large unit teaching,taking unit 1 of the first volume of the unified Chinese textbook for grade 9 as an example,the teaching design of modern poetry large unit is carried out from the aspects of unit learning theme,learning objective,learning situation,learning task and learning activities. |
