| The content of number sequence is the basic content of mathematics teaching in the second grade of senior high school,and plays an important role in mathematics teaching in senior high school.Sequences are widely used in daily life,especially arithmetic sequence and proportional sequence,which are widely used in daily life,production practice and scientific research.Sequence knowledge is both interesting and useful,so the teaching of sequence has great research value.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview to conduct the research.The main research questions are: the problems encountered by high school students in the learning of number sequences and the problems existing in the teaching of number sequences by high school teachers,and the reasons for the emergence of the problems and the solutions are studied on the basis of reviewing and analyzing the mathematics sequence test questions of the college entrance examination in recent years.The research found that: some teachers have the following problems in their teaching activities: the teaching concept is backward,and the traditional teaching mode is still adopted;the reference to the related materials of the sequence is insufficient;the teaching of the sequence knowledge is not carried out in the context of the function;Unit tests;no comprehensive application questions,etc.are taught to students.Some students have the following problems in their learning activities: the basic knowledge is not solid enough,and they are not proficient in using sequence formulas;the learning methods are not appropriate;they lack the reading of textbooks;In the teaching process,many teachers often have such confusion: there are a lot of topics,but students always stay at the level of imitative problem solving.The content with higher teaching difficulty in the teaching of number sequence includes: recursive sequence to find the general term formula;find the sum of the first n terms;comprehensive application questions;The answering questions of the college entrance examination have been adapted year by year to the questioning method of the second question,which remains to be analyzed.Based on this,combined with the requirements of the curriculum standard,specific and feasible teaching strategies are put forward.They are: teaching strategies for improving students’ motivation in number sequence learning;teaching strategies for number sequence concepts;teaching strategies for finding general terms of a number sequence;teaching strategies for finding the sum of the preceding terms of a number sequence;teaching strategies for comprehensive application problems of number sequences;and other effective practices. |
