At present,online learning space as a national focus of the project,and education virtual community as an important place to train social talents in the future.However,as a new "gathering place" of network virtual learning,the current educational virtual community has a common phenomenon of learners’ low learning participation,and its development still needs to be improved.How to improve the learning participation in virtual education community is not only related to the personal development of students,but also to the development of national talent cultivation strategy in the future.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to improve the learning participation in virtual education community.However,as educational virtual community is a complex system,it is difficult to comprehensively grasp the overall situation of learning participation in educational virtual community,so there are few systematic studies on the improvement of learning participation in educational virtual community at present.Therefore,this study uses the system dynamics method to study the learning participation of educational virtual community,constructs the index system of educational virtual community learning participation and the system dynamics model,and takes the educational virtual community learning platform of Q university as the sample to simulate the learning participation system of educational virtual community.Explore the motivation of educational virtual community learning participation system.In this study,literature research method was first used to study the literature related to learning participation in educational virtual community and theoretical deduction was made.On the basis of summarizing the definition and influencing factors of learning participation in educational virtual community,questionnaire on influencing Factors of learning participation in educational virtual community was developed.Based on the S-TEC model constructed by Dr.Hu Min,learning participation was divided into five levels from three dimensions of behavioral participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation,and the questionnaire on the Status quo of learning Participation in Educational virtual Community was developed.Then,based on its data,correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out to screen the influencing factors of learning participation in education virtual community,and further determine the index system of learning participation in education virtual community.Secondly,the entropy method is used to calculate the weight of the index of learning participation in the virtual community of education,and the weight of the index is processed by normalization.A set of three first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators are constructed,including the influence of learners,the influence of facilitators and the influence of community environment.In order to further explore the influencing factors of educational virtual community learning participation,a system dynamics model of educational virtual community learning participation was constructed by using the system dynamics method,and its sensitivity and element combination analysis was carried out to determine the scientific and reliability of educational virtual community learning participation model.Finally,the dynamic model of educational virtual community learning participation system is used to simulate it.Finally,on the basis of this,interviews are conducted to supplement the users of educational virtual community and relevant professionals.Through the simulation of the learning participation system dynamics model of virtual education community,the motivation of learner’s individual attributes,learner’s emotional attributes,learner’s community attributes,facilitator teaching,learning support,community platform construction,community resources and organization management,and community humanistic environment is found.Finally,according to the dynamic analysis of educational virtual community learning participation system,the existing problems of educational virtual community learning participation are analyzed,and the targeted improvement strategies of educational virtual community are proposed. |
