| China’s restudy students of college entrance examination are a huge group,and their mental health problems are gradually becoming the focus of public attention.The psychological problems of restudy students of college entrance examination are affected by many factors.Among them,the psychological imbalance caused by pressure and the stress coping dilemma caused by the low level of resilience are one of the main reasons for the mental health problems of restudy students of college entrance examination.By understanding the current situation of college entrance examination restudy students’ pressure,we can effectively analyze the general situation and causes of college entrance examination restudy students’ stress,from the professional perspective of social work,we propose effective measures to respond to stress or provide solutions to excessive stress to promote their mental health development.From a macro point of view,improper handling of stress causes many psychological problems,such as learning,emotion and social interaction,and social networking of restudy students of college entrance examination,which affects the development plan of "Healthy China" in China.Effectively improving the resilience level of this group and the basic ability to deal with stress can also improve the harmony and stability of family and society.Through the analysis of the data obtained by qualitative research method and quantitative research method,it is found that the students who restudy students of college entrance examination show greater stress,through the investigation and analysis of the stress status and resilience level of the restudy students of college entrance examination,effective countermeasures can be clarified,and more effective solutions can be provided for the psychological problems of the college entrance examination repeaters.This study will take a counseling institution in Jinan,Shandong as an example,through interviews and questionnaires,analyze and study the current situation of stress and resilience of repeat students in the college entrance examination,and put forward effective measures to improve resilience and promote the healthy growth of restudy students of college entrance examination.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose,significance and innovation,research design and the definition of the core concepts-college entrance examination repeat students,stress and resilience.Taking a counseling institution in Jinan,Shandong Province as an example,27 college entrance examination repeat students were selected from 203 students by snowball sampling,under the guidance of resilience theory and social ecosystem theory,using qualitative and quantitative research methods,through the analysis of existing literature,survey data and interview records,this paper describes the current situation of stress,stress resistance level and stress response of college entrance examination repeat students,and provides theoretical support for the improvement strategy of resilience level.The second part is a literature review,which comprehensively reviews the research situation at home and abroad on the source of stress,perception of stress,ways of stress relief and the concept,elements and practice of improving resilience of restudy students of college entrance examination.The third part is about the analysis of the current situation of the stress of restudy students of college entrance examination.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author learned that the main source of pressure of college entrance examination repeat students is learning stress.When they encounter stress,they most often show emotional response and prefer positive stress coping style,but their stress resistance level is not high.The fourth part is about the difficulties and advantages of stress coping for restudy students in the college entrance examination.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is learned that the main difficulties and advantages mainly involve individual personality and adaptation,family and school support,social and cultural influence and policy implementation measures.The fifth part is the improvement of the level of resilience.Starting from the two aspects of restudy students of college entrance examination themselves and the external environment,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the college entrance examination restudy students’ coping difficulties.The sixth part is the research summary and reflection.The research discusses the differential needs of the group and the lack of the positive interaction protective factor of "individual-environment".It is proposed to improve from the individual internal mechanism,family parent-child relationship,good campus atmosphere,government support and other external environmental factors. |
