In recent years,the number of college entrance examination in China has been around 9.4 million.Among the large number of students,the proportion of abnormal psychological problems was 14.8%;the proportion of serious mental behavior problems was 2.5%,And the proportion is increasing year by year.The high proportion of college entrance examination candidates' psychological problems is due to many social factors,It is also associated with the low levels of resilience among young people.Young people are psychologically fragile,and the extreme events caused by low resilience occur frequently,has aroused widespread concern about the resilience of young people.In this paper,the method of case work is used to study the resilience level of college entrance examination candidates.Through the questionnaire survey method to understand The prevalence of young people's resilience,on this basis,select representative case to intervene in order to improve the resilience of the College entrance examination candidates.According to the resilience process theory,regard resilience as a dynamic process affecting the interaction between the risk factors and protective factors.The intervention plan was made after analyzing the protective factors and the risk factors.Exploring ways to promote the resilience of college entrance examination candidates through the intervention,is a way to encourage this group to face difficulties,take a positive attitude to meet the college entrance examination and life.
