There are many news that high school students commit suicide for a variety of reasons, before and after the annual college entrance examination in Shandong Province. This can reflect the huge pressure of the students. As a special group of college entrance examination students, they have to face the dual pressures of cultural studies and art classes. They have huge learning pressure and psychological pressure. At the same time, they also have strong sense of marginalization but weak sense of collective consciousness. In addition, with strong utilitarian heart and other characteristics, those students advocate individuality, instead of accepting rigid preaching.Based on those things, art students are regarded as "bad or poor students" by most of school teachers.Furthermore, compared to others, they show more deviant behaviors such as alcoholism, school violence as well as anomic behaviors like suicide. This study want to answer those following questions: Firstly, whether these art students can correctly face art examinations,if so,what kind of attitude they should use to face it;Secondly, what kind of confusions they are facing with in the process of art examinations and what kind of changes they have been seen in the area of psychology, physiology and behaviors.Thirdly, whether there are existing resilience-idiosyncrasy behaved by themselves when they face the environment changes. The last but not the least, whether they can successfully overcome this adversity and how it goes when the resilience come into being. In this study, eight basic artists of T City in Shandong Province are selected as the research object. The purpose of sampling method is used to collect the data through in-depth interviews, case studies, field observation and literature retrieval so as to analyze the basic mechanism of art students' resilience and to examine the two manifestations of this resilience. It is found that the mechanism of resilience of art students is composed of internal factors and external factors. The internal factors of the artisan's resistance to stress are as follows: the artistic traits of the art students, the emotional feelings and the behavior choices in the face of adversity;the external factors are embodied in the parenting style and support, the degree of attention of the school teachers,Degree of support.Artists have two positive and negative effects.Positive resistance to the performance of the arts to accept the challenges brought about by the positive and cognitive reconstruction, take the initiative to seek social support.Negative resistance to the performance of the escape, negation and fantasy, etc.to face the problem, reduce the pressure on their own injuries, deny themselves, lack of confidence in their own.On the basis of the analysis of the resistance process of the art students, the author tries to put forward his own suggestions from the social work professional intervention strategy: the school social workers can construct the micro-protection system according to the learning characteristics of the art candidates,Social workers in the work process can be group work and case work combined to activate and optimize students' "self-help" ability.
