Social Case Work Applied In The Practice Research Of Community Rehabilitation Personnel In The Process Of Return To Society

By the end of June 2015, China's population of registered drug users has exceeded 3 million, has become an alarming trend of annual growth, and has done serious harm to our national security and social harmony and stability. Since June 1,2008, China's first anti-drug code "People's Republic of China Anti-drug Law" was promulgated and implemented, establishing a unquestionable status of community treatment in the reconstruction detoxification system. But in the course of our current community treatment services, it is difficult to effectively solve drug addicts' trouble due to the low level of drug commissioners' specialization, community facilities' imperfection, more administrative intervention as a way of work performance, less attention on humanity and so on.This study summarized the general situation of community rehabilitation in our country, conducted comprehensive research based on the information of M Communities of Guiyang registered drug users, combined with existing community work models and experience, introducing social case work mode to verify its effectiveness of drug treatment in the community, and to explore effective methods of social work for community treatment of Guiyang, in order to improve the degree of specialization community detoxification. In the study, researcher combined literature research and interviews intervention under the guidance of professional social work theory, the first step is to mastered causes and effects of addicts' data and problems,then to analyzed the current community rehabilitation work's results and shortcomings. Taking a registered drug addicts as a example, researcher analyzed problems and availabled resources through understanding of individual, family,society and so on, maked a professional diagnosis of specialization from the perspective of case work, formulates and implements corresponding intervention program to ultimately improve the personal psychological state, family relationship and economic status,social communication ability,and consolidates their detoxification consciousness.The Studies in order to infuse new blood for local community rehabilitation pattern, improve the effectiveness and professionalism.on local community.
