| At present,China is in the new historical development period,with the strategy of "China Manufacturing 2025","Internet +",some repetitive work is replaced by the latest technology,pay more attention to the cultivation of people-specific innovation,imagination.Through the vocational education school enterprise cooperation,the full process of cultivating the engineering services and value creation of the company is conducive to the production of high-quality technical skills for the production of intelligent production services to the manufacturing industry.However,the current reality is that the joint training of vocational colleges and enterprises often stays on the surface,flowing in the form,the relationship between school-enterprise cooperation is still unstable,and is not strong.Therefore,strengthening the theory and practice research of school corporate cooperation and education mechanisms is not only the reality needs of the implementation of national development strategies in the new era,and it is also conducive to promoting high quality development of vocational education in my country.This paper summarizes the study of the literature research method,summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the schoolenterprise cooperation mechanism,and "resource sharing system theory" constructs the model of the school enterprise cooperation.In addition,based on the model of the school-enterprise cooperation,the investigation method is conducted through the questionnaires and interviews to investigate the status quo of Yunnan Province through the purchase of "education services" to promote the status of the school,the education cooperation.The specific practice is sorted,summarized and refined,and analyzes its effectiveness and shortcomings.It is found that the education services provided by the third party provide education services,and the Yunnan Province’s S School Enterprise Association has been significantly improved: "Smart workshop " The system improves the professional operation capacity," a class of two divisions " model enhances teachers ’teaching level," The World Welfare " platform stimulates students’ interest," Mutual Sharing" Team upgrades the level of education.However,there is also a regional division of various participatory equivalents.The funds of school-enterprises and enterprises are not sufficient.Based on the theoretical basis such as "Collaborative Theory","Industry Cooperation Theory","Resource Sharing System Theory" and the typical experience of some school-enterprise cooperation,and combined with Yunnan S School Enterprise Association’s sympathological mechanism,proposes Countermeasures for promoting the development of the school corporate cooperation.For example,improve the effective resource sharing coordination mechanism,equipped with a comprehensive resident service,using the intelligent learning platform to share education resources,build a full-scale learning system with the aid of the intermediary platform,and ensure the investment of "education services",establish multi-party participation The quality of education,etc. |
