With the economic development of our country,the status of education and talent training is prominent.On the one hand,the enrollment of colleges and universities in China has been expanding for many years,which provides a large supply of talents for the development of enterprises and society.On the other hand,with the progress of science and technology,the diversified development trend makes the enterprises and the society have higher and higher demands on the quality of talent training and the comprehensive quality of talents.This leads to the mismatch of talent supply and demand,which reflects the disconnection between talent training and enterprise talent demand in colleges and universities.This leads to the mismatch of talent supply and demand,which reflects the disconnection between talent training and enterprise talent demand in colleges and universities.Since then,in order to meet the need of talents who attach importance to both academic qualifications and practical abilities,the society,enterprises and educational departments have turned their attention to vocational education.Vocational education and higher vocational colleges have ushered in another opportunity for docking enterprises to train talents.In recent years,the impact of online retailing on physical retailing has been gradually passivated.In 2017,with the constant adjustment and transformation of real retail,our country has entered the stage of weak recovery.However,in general,the gradual infiltration of Internet thinking leads to the consumption upgrade of the whole society,and changes the consumption concept,demand and mode of consumption in a more profound way.Therefore,in order to fit the market trend of "new consumption,new retail and new ecology",the entity retail also needs to invest more manpower,material resources and financial resources.This paper focuses on "manpower" and emphasizes the contradiction between the demand for talents in the process of innovation transformation and the output of talents in colleges and universities.Based on the guidance of national policies and the actual needs of enterprises,it has become an inevitable choice for most retailing businesses to train talents in combination with higher vocational schools step by step.Based on the above background,this paper chooses "Guangdong Yonghui supermarket" as a case enterprise,and discusses its strategy of human resource development under the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise.With a view to further enriching therelevant theoretical research on the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the development of talent training of enterprises,and providing constructive suggestions for the development of talent training in Guangdong Yonghui supermarket,and the similar solid retail enterprises in the new situation to provide certain reference talent strategy.
