Research purposes:In this study,we mainly use the experimental method and set the first year of junior high school students as the experimental object which we use medium-high intensity of physical exercise as a means of intervention to study the different cumulative time of medium-high physical exercise on primary students emotional intelligence dimensions and academic performance and further analyze the influence of students, emotional intelligence on the relationship between physical exercise and achievement. The study shows that medium-high intensity physical exercise can positively promote the improvement of English achievement through the improvement of students' emotional intelligence.Indicating that the appropriate time intensity of physical exercise on academic performance have a certain effect.Research subjects and methods:By convenience sampling,a middle school of Yangzhou city junior grade 3 classes,a total of 140 students as experimental subjects, adopted by the way the 3 classes were randomly divided into 2 experimental classes that 1 control classes for different time of moderate intensity exercise intervention,3 taught by the same teachers in class. The experiment lasted for 10 weeks. Before and after the experiment, all of the subjects' emotional intelligence and academic achievement were measured to test measurement data before and after the experiment using single factor analysis of variance, multiple factor variance analysis, analysis of variance of repeated measurement, linear regression,Bootstrap method(nomparametric percentile method)has effects on high intensity exercise on emotional intelligence and academic the achievement of middle school students were investigated in statistical methods which to explore the emotional intelligence plays in the relationship between physical exercise and the role of academic achievement.Results:(1)Junior high school students' emotional intelligence scores of high intensity exercise on different time-(F=28.908),and self emotional regulation dimensions(F=33.815,)has a very significant effect(P<0.01);the emotion perception dimension(F=12.418)has a significant effect(P<0.05);to control the emotions of others dimension(F=1.015),the use of emotional dimension(F=1.635)had no significant effect(P>0.05).(2)High intensity physical exercise at different time had no significant effect on junior high school students' academic achievement(F=0.201),Chinese(F=0.493),mathematics(F=0.193)and English(F=0.565)(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the control group(LLCI=0.0109,ULCI=1.0347),the indirect effects of emotional intelligence on English scores were significant in the experimental group.Conclusions:(1)High intensity physical exercise can improve the emotional intelligence of junior high school students in different times, especially for emotionalperception and self regulation.(2)Moderate to vigorous intensity exercise has a positive impact on the academic performance of junior high school students on the theoretical level, but the actual effect is not significant.(3)Emotional intelligence is the mediation variable that physical exercise has an impact on English scores?.
