| The 2022 National Education Work Conference pointed out that "building a team of high-quality and professional teachers needs to comprehensively consolidate the foundation of teacher development".Teachers are the foundation of promoting education,and the level of teacher professional development determines the level of educational development.At present,the physical education score in Henan high school entrance examination is about to be raised to 100 percent system,and the attention of all walks of life to physical education teachers will be increased.How to promote the professional development of physical education teachers and improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers is of important research significance.A good school environment is conducive to teachers ’careful teaching,and teacher organization commitment is an emotional experience generated by teachers’ understanding and identification with school teaching objectives and ideas,and is one of the factors affecting teachers’ professional development.Therefore,this study is committed to investigate the relationship between the professional environment of primary and secondary schools and physical education teachers in Henan Province,examining the intermediary role of organizational commitment between school environment and the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.A total of 426 PE teachers in primary and secondary schools from 5 cities under the jurisdiction of Henan Province were selected for questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis of the data software SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 was used.Research results:(1)the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools is above the middle level,and the score of professional problem solving is high.In the demographic analysis,teachers aged 30 and below,grade 3 and below,graduate degree and high school teachers scored low.(2)The organization commitment of primary and secondary school PE teachers is above the middle level,and the standard commitment score is high.In the demographic analysis,the monthly income score of graduate degree,high school,3,000 yuan or below was lower.The evaluation of physical education teachers on the school environment is above the middle level,and the material environment scores are high.The evaluation of the school environment is on the rise with the growth of age and teaching age.High school is lower.(3)The school environment is significantly and positively correlated with the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.The work provides development conditions,interpersonal relationship and school atmosphere have a strong predictivity on the professional development of physical education teachers.(4)The school environment is significantly and positively correlated with the organizational commitment,and the school ethos is highly predictive of the teachers’ organizational commitment.(5)Organizational commitment is significantly and positively associated with the professional development of physical education teachers,and normative commitment has a strong prediction of teachers’ professional development.(6)The organization promises to play an intermediary role between the school environment and the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Conclusion:(1)there are statistical differences in physical education teachers in teachers’ professional development,organizational commitment and evaluation of school environment.(2)School environment and organizational commitment are important factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.A good school environment and high organizational commitment are conducive to promoting the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.(3)A good school environment is conducive to the high organizational commitment of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Henan Province.(4)School environment has a direct impact on the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and can indirectly affect the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools through the intermediary role of organizational commitment.Suggestions:(1)Primary and secondary school PE teachers should take the initiative to improve their knowledge reserve and promote their self-development.(2)School administrators should establish a good working atmosphere and form an efficient and harmonious teacher team.(3)Implement "people-oriented" management,provide sports training opportunities,and improve material conditions.(4)Adjust the incentive measures to improve the organizational commitment level of physical education teachers. |
