Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Strategies Of Primary School Students’ Labor Consciousness Cultivation

Labour consciousness as a special social consciousness,it is a subjective reflection of the interaction between the labour subject and labour object,and plays an important role in the smooth implementation of labour education.How to improve students’ labour awareness and guide them to form good labour habits is an important issue facing labour education at present.Therefore,in order to promote the all-round development of primary school students and respond to the call of the times,we should strengthen the cultivation of labour awareness among primary school students.This study mainly starts from the connotation analysis of primary school students’ labor consciousness,clarifies the content of the cultivation of primary school students’ labor consciousness,and takes Marx’s labor education theory and Tao Xingzhi life education theory as the guide,uses questionnaire surveys and interviews and other research methods,through the collation and analysis of relevant data,to understand the labor consciousness of primary school students and the current situation of their cultivation,and analyzes the results from three dimensions: students,families and schools.According to the survey results,the problems existing in the cultivation of primary school students’ labor consciousness are analyzed from multiple angles,namely: deviation of students’ value orientation,negative labor attitude,and vague labor concept;Deviations in the concept of family training,lack of labor training,and lack of role models;The school’s training goals are not clear,the content is insufficient,the methods are not novel,the evaluation system is not perfect,and the teaching staff is weak.On this basis,the main reasons for the problems in the cultivation of primary school students’ labor awareness are discussed,namely: the contempt of students themselves,the lack of family training,and the omission of school education.Finally,according to the reasons for the problem,specific measures to strengthen the cultivation of primary school students’ labor awareness are proposed from three aspects: students,families,and schools.First,students improve their personal cultivation,pay attention to practice,and clarify the concept of labor;Second,the family changes its ideological concepts,arranges the implementation of family working hours,plays an exemplary role,and coordinates the cultivation of strength between home and school;Third,the school attaches great importance to the setting of labor awareness training goals,enriching the training content of life,exploring diversified training methods,formulating a sound labor awareness training evaluation system,and optimizing labor education teachers.It is hoped that this study will have certain reference value for the implementation of the cultivation of labor awareness among primary school students.
