Research On Contemporary College Students' Labor Consciousness And Its Cultivation

Labor,an old and eternal topic,it constitutes the basic way of human existence and the basic practice,people cannot and should not ignore its existence and its role.Diligent labor is not only the fine tradition of the Chinese nation virtue,but also created a brilliant historical civilization.However,today's "labor" is no longer a simple sense of labor,it is constantly inspire people's enthusiasm and innovation potential,is a collection of wisdom and courage in a "creation." The contemporary college students is a team building Chinese characteristic socialism is the most dynamic,is the development of innovation driven force and commando.However,because of the ideological cognition is in the forming stage,has not been finalized,psychological development is not mature,lack of social experience,things distinguish ability is weak,their ideology is vulnerable to external factors impact and influence,therefore,there has been a large student labor consciousness phenomenon.The consciousness of contemporary college students not only directly affect their ability to grow up healthy and happy,but also closely related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,exploring the enhancement methods of contemporary college students' awareness of labor has great practical significance and far-reaching historical influence.In this paper,a number of domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the basis of labor problems,analyze the reasons by looking for the contemporary college students awareness of labor problems and on problems,and tries to think about the whole idea of contemporary college students raise awareness of labor and the specific implementation plan from many angles.This thesis is divided into three parts:Part one:Explain the labor theory.Firstly,the definition of the concept of labor and labor consciousness;Secondly,it summarizes the main theoretical basis of the cultivation of labor consciousness,including the Marx's view of labor and the labor view of the thought of Mao Zedong;Finally,summarizes the significance of cultivating the consciousness of labor,constantly strengthening of the contemporary college students labor awareness training,not only can improve the overall quality of college students,and promote the all-round development of their physical and mental health,but also conducive to actively implement the socialist core values in practice.The second part:This paper aims to find out the existing problems of the contemporary college students in the sense of labor,and to analyze the causes of the problems.First of all,this paper expounds the problems existing in the contemporary college students' labor consciousness,mainly including three aspects: the weak labor consciousness,the utilitarian orientation of the labor value and the lack of the sense of labor in the employment of College students;Secondly,from the society,school,family and the students themselves four aspects of system analysis of contemporary college students' labor consciousness weak reason.Reason analysis,found the problem,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to improve the cultivation of College Students' awareness of labor objective and pertinence.The third part:To explore the overall train of thought and concrete implementation methods to enhance the contemporary college students' labor consciousness.First of all,to broaden the social in the channel of contemporary college students' awareness of labor training,mainly from the theoretical construction of strengthening the cultivation of socialist labor consciousness,promote the spirit of model workers,advanced to play the typical role model and the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" to lead society,actively create respect for labor,innovative social environment three aspects carries on the analysis;Secondly,deepen the key role in the cultivation of College Students' school labor consciousness,from setting up the all-round development education idea,pay attention to the demonstrative awareness of labor,fully mobilize the positive factors of the whole society,to form a joint force to the contemporary college students' awareness of labor can be effectively improved,love of labor,diligent labor,not only to work hard,and strive to innovation,for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lay bare their hearts.
