Research On The Development Status And Training Strategies Of Primary School Students' Labor Consciousness

Labor education is an effective way to cultivate labor consciousness and has been a compulsory course stipulated by the state.On March 20,2020 the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council issued"about strengthening the new era of big's opinions on labor education of primary and secondary schools in the specified:" labor education is an important content of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,determine the socialist builders and successors of the spirit of labor and labor value orientation and labor technology level ".Labor consciousness is an important embodiment of the overall development of primary school students.Taking C primary school of guangzhou city as the research object,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the development and cultivation of labor consciousness among the students from grade 3 to grade 6,and conducted an interview with 8 teachers.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire and interview,found that students in cognition,emotion,Labour habit and labor spirit there exist some problems in the respects of the labor consciousness cultivation methods,ways and there are also many problems in terms of assessment and evaluation,the influence factors of causing these problems mainly reflects in the aspect of family,school and social environment.According to the above problems and influencing factors,this study puts forward the following training strategies to improve primary school students' labor consciousness: 1.2.Attach importance to activity experience and let students become participants in labor;3.Home-school co-education to improve students' work consciousness;4.With the help of social forces,optimize the cultivation environment of labor consciousness;5.Improve school training methods and implement the evaluation mechanism of labor education.
