In his speech at the National Education Conference in 2018,Xi Jinping mentioned integrating "labor" into the comprehensive development of education,he proposed that "education in China must attach importance to the cultivation of the concept,consciousness and spirit of labor",Labor consciousness is an individual’s viewpoint and attitude toward labor,which has a guiding effect on individual labor behavior and is an important content in labor education.In addition to relying on the school’s labor curriculum and specific labor activities,the cultivation of labor consciousness can also be actively penetrated into the four education of morality,intelligence,body and beauty,and organically integrated into the courses of other disciplines.Junior high school students are in the critical period of ideological values formation,it is very important to cultivate their labor consciousness.The goal and content of labor consciousness cultivation include three dimensions: labor cognition,labor emotion and labor will.These dimensions have obvious moral attributes and moral attributes.It can be said that junior high school students’ labor consciousness cultivation is closely related to moral education to a certain extent.Morality and the rule of law course is a major course of moral education and the rule of law education,is an ideological cultivation,the rule of law education,conduct education courses,can promote the junior middle school students set up labor aspirations,carry out the morality education basic task,is of great significance to foster the sense of junior high school students work.Therefore,based on moral education,it is one of the effective measures to cultivate students’ labor consciousness to excavate and exert the intrinsic value of Morality and Law course.Based on the discipline of moral education,this study will explore the value of junior high school moral and rule of law curriculum to junior high school students’ labor consciousness cultivation and implementation countermeasures.Theoretical research method and speculative method are adopted to explore the value of Taoist law class in the training of labor consciousness of labor consciousness of Taoist law class and attribution,so as to put forward optimization countermeasures.First of all,through literature survey,it is concluded that there are "points of convergence" between the course of morality and rule of law and the cultivation of labor consciousness in three aspects: objective and nature,educational content,methods and methods,which to some extent provide reference value for the cultivation of labor consciousness.Secondly,through the investigation of the current situation,it is found that the current teachers have a basic understanding of the integration of labor education disciplines and a high willingness to teach,but there are still some problems in the teaching practice,such as incomplete cognition of the target value,insufficient mining of teaching content,and single teaching methods.Thirdly,combining with teaching practice,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures,which take course positioning as the starting point,teacher construction as the fulcrum,teaching material content mining as the key point,and classroom teaching as the carrier.In order to provide a reference for the expansion of Taoist law course content and the training of labor consciousness of junior high school students.
