School,family and community are the field domain of education development,the synergy of school education,family education and community education is reflect the sufficient condition of “educational function”in the new era,a sound of School,Family and Community cooperative-educational mechanisms not only highlights the strategic positioning of high quality education development in our country,but that making education return to his originality-“educating”.The transformation from “home-school cooperation” to “School,Family and Community cooperative education” has directly aroused people’s attention and become the “hot education topic of the two sessions” for many times.A large number of scholars and front-line educators began to discuss it from different perspectives.In different periods,different countries have different practical mechanisms.In recent years,China’s exploration and practice of School,Family and Community cooperative education has also begun to show China’s experience,characteristics and creation.Research is based on the “giant shoulders”,In S Primary School,Questionnaires,interviews and observations were used to deeply study the field to collect information,Based on the basis of “Overlapping Spheres of Influence” and“Synergetics”,From the three dimensions of cognition,action and evaluation,the mechanism construction and current situation of primary school family education,school education and community education are analyzed.On this basis,this paper discusses the problems of School,Family and Community cooperative education in Primary School,such as the inadequate implementation of the cooperative policy between family,school and community;the blind pursuit of clear cooperative responsibility boundary;the need to improve the cooperative ecological trust relationship between School,Family and Community cooperative education;the organization and implementation of collaborative education are not synchronized,These discussions also indicate that there is a great space for the development of School,Family and Community cooperative education in primary schools.Therefore,the study constructs the "central sphere" framework model of School,Family and Community cooperative-educational mechanism construction,put forward the institutionalized home school club cooperative education platform,strengthen the community participation in cooperative education responsibility consciousness,clear dynamic education function boundary and the improvement strategy of collaborative practice’s “education” function,in order to improve the School,Family and Community cooperative-educational mechanism,eventually form a big school education,big family education,community education system of modern big education system.
