| The cooperative education of family,school and society is the cooperative education model emphasizing that family,school and community should share the responsibility for the juveniles’ growth.It is different from the traditional school-oriented education model,which is an important project of education reform in many countries and trial regions in the world.Many countries,such as The United States,Britain,Germany,France and Finland,regard the cooperation in these three aspects as an important part of their own education reform.Relevant studies of the international community have proved that the efficient integration and rational utilization of tripartite resources will promote an all-round development for the juveniles.At present,the cooperative education of families,schools and communities in China has achieved good results.However,in the new era,although China has proposed to improve the cooperative education mechanism of schools,families and society in the spirit of many national documents,there is still not enough effective theoretical research in the long run,and there is also not enough research on the connotation,theoretical support and model of the mechanism.This research mainly adopts scientific research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of the cooperative education on two primary schools in Xihu District,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province with their communities.Based on the basic scientific research logic sequence of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this research consists of six chapters.Among them,the first chapter introduces the academic value and research purpose,the operation and development status of domestic and foreign data reviews and collaborative organizations,and introduces the basic layout and train of thought of this research;as well.The content of the second chapter is based on the theory of "lifelong education","social ecosystem" and "overlapping influence",defining the concepts of "home-school cooperation","school-community cooperation" and "family,school and community cooperation education";The third chapter introduces the multi-dimensional interview method,questionnaire survey method and participatory observation method of this research,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of the cooperative education on the two primary schools in Xihu District with their communities;The fourth chapter summarizes the practical difficulties of the two primary schools and their communities in Xihu District;The fifth chapter puts forward optimization strategies and implementation approaches to improve the cooperative education mechanism of localized families,schools and communities;The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,expounds the highlights and shortcomings of this research,and looks forward to the development direction of the collaborative education of families,schools and communities with Chinese characteristics.The study found that the effect of "three in one" of family,school and community collaborative education depends on many factors,such as family population structure,parents’ educational background and occupation,school teachers and education concepts,and the development and rational use of community resources.It can be mainly manifested in the following three aspects:first,parents do not fully understand the connotation of collaborative education,and there are two extreme appearances of "overstepping" and "losing position".Second,the school is difficult to meet the "personalized" needs of parents,and the cooperative education of family,school and community has put forward higher requirements for the management level of modern campus.Third,the status of the community is awkward.Due to the lack of scientific institutional guarantee,many joint education activities result in "internal formalism",and low participation results in "external trapping".To sun up,three key points to improve the cooperative and cooperative education mechanism of localized families,schools and communities can be summarized from the result of the research.First,strengthen the publicity of the Family Education Promotion Law on families to enhance consensus.Second,the school actively innovates the management mode and plays a good role in the main position of education.Make full use of winter and summer vacations and long holidays to arrange educational activities reasonably.The evaluation and incentive mechanism must be improved for the sustainable development of Chinese PTA.Third,the community should form a long-term mechanism of "three in one" with families and schools under the policy support of the government.The cooperative education organization should be institutionalized,scientific and standardized. |
