| College graduates are the labor group with high quality and the backbone of scientific and technological progress and social development.Their employment is being widely concerned by the CPC Central Committee,The State Council,governments at all levels and the society.The total number of college graduates in Henan province is large,but high-level talents are scarce.Under the complicated and severe situation of national employment,it is an arduous task to promote the employment of college graduates in a fuller and higher quality.This study precise employment as the breakthrough point,in 2020 in henan province ordinary university graduates as the research object,has already used the precision of 2020 college graduates employment situation analysis,statistical description has been found that the main problems are structural contradiction of employment,mainly displays in: social overall total jobs and employment demand does not match;The ability level and major direction of graduates do not match the social employment demand;There is a deviation between graduates and employers in the importance of employment literacy indicators;Graduates’ employment expectations do not match the actual situation.According to the current situation and existing problems of precision employment of college graduates in Henan Province,the author has obtained 20 influencing factors from 5 dimensions by using regression analysis and semi-structured interview method.That institutional factors(value guidance,policy system,talented person demand forecasting,wisdom,service means,employment),education factors(the connotation of talent training and the model,the accurate employment service concept,personalized service means,job evaluation feedback),social demand of choose and employ persons tendency factor(university-enterprise cooperation,labor standards,information interaction,recruitment channels),family factors(cultural influences,and Industry concept,personality tolerance,interpersonal support)and graduates’ personal factors(employment values,career motivation,career planning ability,job competency).Based on the problems and influencing factors,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five relevant stakeholders.First,the government should strengthen macro-control,improve top-level design and expand employment opportunities.Second,colleges and universities should establish a market-oriented talent training model,practice the concept of accurate employment,change the traditional means of service,and build a linkage mechanism of employment,enrollment and talent training.Third,employers should take the initiative to graft resources,adhere to scientific employment standards,carry out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,timely and accurate transfer of recruitment information;Fourth,families should give capital support to graduates’ families and mobilize resources to help graduates achieve targeted employment with an open and inclusive attitude.Fifthly,graduates should constantly improve their overall quality,change the traditional view of employment,plan their career scientifically,and comprehensively improve their employment quality. |
