Research On The Employment Problems Of Private College Graduates In Henan Province

The employment is always one of the problems that society pay attention,not only The State Council,but also the government of province,city,county,the employment has been mentioned about 40 once in 2020.This year,there are about8800 thousand graduates from university and college internal,including 1100 thousand graduates from private colleges,which occupies about 12.5%.Therefore,at the severe moment,a large quantity graduates from private colleges,besides,the obvious differences between private colleges and public colleges.To sum up,the employment of graduated from private colleges can not be ignored.Henan province located in the central plains,which has a large population,limited education resources.according to incomplete statistics,there are about 680 thousand graduates from university and college this year,including 98 thousand graduates from private colleges,which occupies about 15%.Besides,totally 43 private colleges in Henan province,about 22 private colleges located in capital city,Zheng Zhou.Thus,a large amount of graduates from private colleges in Zheng Zhou.Therefore,in order to research the employment problem of graduates from private colleges,I research the employment rate,quality of employment,work,wage earnings about Zheng Zhou college industry and commerce in the past three years by visiting and questionnaire suivey methods.Next,summarizing the causes of questions.At last,trying to put forward some effective and reasonable suggestions use public management theory from government,market,private college and graduate to remit the employment pressure.Ultimately,affording some effective and reasonable suggestions in Zheng Zhou and even Henan province.
