Study On Employment Problems And Countermeasures Of College Graduates In Henan Province Under The New Situation

College graduates are the youth representatives carrying knowledge and the future.They are the most iconic force in the country's human and talent resources.Their employment can exert great impact on the development of society in the long term.It is critical for both reality and theory to study the problems existing in the employment of college graduates in Henan Province and solutions to promote the better employment of college graduates in Henan Province.This article analyzes the new situation and features in Henan Province from two aspects.The first is the positive and negative effects that the current economic situation exert on the employment of college graduates.Second is the new requirements that 19 th National People's Congress proposed for the employment of college graduates.The article reviews the development of college graduates' employment policies and the employment rate over the years,Graduates of colleges and universities in Henan Province,part of the unit of choose and employ persons for the field investigation and questionnaire investigation,government departments of Henan Province and some measures taken to promote the employment of university graduates were investigated,to master the related basic situation of the employment of university graduates in Henan Province.and Through investigating the employment situation of college graduates and the new situation faced by the employment of college graduates,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the employment of college graduates in Henan Province.The main reason is that the total employees are increasing in Henan Province.The employment policies and service systems are not yet perfect.Some college training methods are disjointed from social needs.The quality of employment guidance in colleges and universities vary greatly,and the employment concept of college graduates is outdated.The demand of employer is too high,to name just a few.In order to address these problems,solutions from the position of the government,colleges and universities,students and employees are given in this paper.The government should actively change its functions,improving the safeguard mechanism for the employment of college graduates,while adjusting industrial structure to create more jobs;college and universities need to deepen the reform of advanced education which oriented by employment and social demand,optimizing the employment guidance quality;students ought to enhance their job hunting and career selection ability,establishing a correct job selection concept;It is necessary for the employers to strengthen cooperation with universities while establishing a correct concept of employing.
