| Left-behind children in rural areas come into being under the background of "three rural issues".With the estrangement between parents and children, the family education function is insufficient and the family boundary is not clear.Compared with non-left-behind children,left-behind children in rural areas face more risks and challenges. In the same predicament, why can some left-behind children develop well? This is the heart of resilience research. What difficulties do left-behind children face? How do they use resilience to face hardships and challenges? What are the results of applying stress? These are the specific questions that this study intends to answer.Kumpfer art force model emphasizes the "environment-individual interaction, and this study found that successful art of left-behind children interaction plays an important role in dealing with the difficulties, and kumpfer model is one of the most integrated model, better integration of individual, environment, and the interactive process of the interaction between, can very good display art force operation process. Therefore, kumpfer’s resilience model is more advantageous to study the resilience of rural left-behind children. The so-called operation process of resilience is the process in which individuals who have acquired resilience apply resilience to solve problems and cope with challenges, which mainly includes the starting point of resilience, namely the pressure source, the role of individual internal motivation and the interaction of individual environment, and the results of resilience.Based on Kumpfer’s resilience model, the systematic process of rural left-behind children’s resilience is divided into the starting point of resilience, that is,stressors,environment--individual interaction, individual characteristics play a role, and the outcome of resilience.Based on the qualitative research method and from the perspective of resilience, this study selected 8 left-behind children in L village of B County as the key research objects.Based on Kumpfer’s resilience model, the systematic process of rural left-behind children’s resilience is divided into the starting point of resilience, that is,stressors,environment--individual interaction, individual characteristics play a role, and the outcome of resilience.Multiple internal and external risk factors, such as relative poverty risk, learning risk and left-behind risk, jointly affect the individual rural left-behind children, and form the starting point for the formation of resilience. In the face of crises and challenges, individuals interact dynamically with the environment, and their internal characteristics also play a protective role.Under the joint action of internal and external systems, individuals can achieve the results of adaptation or adaptive reconstruction. In this study, the researchers found that risk and challenge stimulated the initiation of the whole process of resilience, the excavation of protective factors played an important buffer role, the internal motivation of individuals was the core of resilience, and the whole process of resilience was a dynamic balance.Based on the above research conclusions and the author’s practical investigation, the author believes that the following experiences can be used for reference:Pay attention to cultivating the self-efficacy of rural left-behind children and excavate their advantages;Play the key role of external protection, strengthen the role of peer group; We should strengthen interaction and cooperation among families, communities, schools and society. |
