Rural Home labor is a major force for the development of modern agriculture and building a new countryside. To improve the educational level of rural labor and the Left in the ability to work is great significance for the adjustment of agricultural production structure, changes in agricultural development. As an important means and ways of development of human resources,education plays an important role in the Rural Home labor resources accumulation. Currently, there is a big difference between the educational needs and supply of rural labor. The rural labor force need can not meet the educational supply of government, business and society to provide education in the rural labor force left behind. The contradiction between demand and supply has become to promote training of new farmers, and promote human resource development in rural areas a major obstacle. This requires us to further study on the rural workforce education needs, and make the education will more scientifically for rural left-workforce.In this paper, we focus on four issues from the economics of education, educational sociology and educational psychology point of view by theoretical analysis and empirical research methods combined the typical rural areas in Shaanxi as a unit. First, to analyze the educational needs of rural labor force left behind from multiple theoretical perspectives. Second, to analysis the labor force remaining in rural areas of Shaanxi and the main features of the basic conditions. Third, to analysis the educational needs of the labor left in rural areas in Shaanxi Features. Fourth, to analysis the labor demands education for Rural Home Factors in Shaanxi. Finally, the paper points out some suggestions to improve education in rural retaining.This article has three characteristics: First, from the Sociology of Education, economics and educational psychology multiple theoretical perspectives, analysis and interpretation of the educational needs of the labor left in rural areas in Shaanxi social mechanism of economic motivation and value orientation. Second, the use of empirical research method, three typical villages of the educational needs of rural labor force left behind, analyzes the main features of the labor left in rural areas in Shaanxi, the basic educational needs of the status and impact factors. Third, it is based on the special situation in the province of Shaanxi Province, agricultural situation and social conditions, by staying on the current labor education in rural Shaanxi Province between supply and demand analyses, to explore the labor left in rural areas in Shaanxi Province education development strategies.
