Wushu,as a compulsory item in school physical education and the base of traditional culture inheritance,is in fact in name only.There is a phenomenon that students like Wushu but do not like Wushu class.The reason is that the "fighting" students expect Wushu forms a contrast with the "practice" teachers actually teach.Reference to traditional Wushu practice combining with the system,so as to highlight the art element,to practice playing "combination" teaching methods for teaching experiment method,experimental primary school in Handan city sunshine fourth-grade students as the research object,through to the students’ interest in martial arts,the positive psychological benefits and Wushu level test,the experimental group compared with control group in the students’ experimental results,analysis of outstanding art elements "shadowboxing combination" teaching method can improve students’ study effect,and improve the learning effect of discussion,trying to "practice" to provide experience for the popularization and promotion of teaching methods.By the methods of documentary,teaching experiment,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics research methods,and in Handan city sunshine experimental primary school,for example,the teaching method of combat elements as intervention to grade four class eight and nine classes,a total of 92 students through the analysis of and research into martial arts learning effects,and the experimental results were statistically analyzed and differences.In order to ensure the homogeneity of the experiment,at the early stage of the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the three indicators of learning effect and physical fitness test.The physical quality of the experimental subjects was at the passing level,and their explosive power was good.The level of positive psychological benefit is in the middle level,the communication is not positive and has certain communication sensitivity,has certain adaptability but not outstanding,and has good moral accomplishment,but the moral behavior is poor;The interest in martial arts is not strong,but the positive and negative(reverse)score is high,which proves that the students still have high enthusiasm and yearning for learning martial arts.Students who have not received martial arts practice and have similar athletic potential can be considered to have the same level of martial arts routines.The experimental results are as follows :(1)In the sub-index of positive psychological benefit;Interpersonal relationship(31.07±5.66 vs.25.80±6.41),adaptive ability(35.26±5.82 vs.32.07±5.00)and moral accomplishment(70.04±7.50 vs.62.76±6.38)were significantly different between the two groups before and after experiment.0.05,of which the positive interaction,interpersonal sensitivity and handling set-backs and moral behavior index had significant difference,which can explain "shadowboxing combination" teaching method to improve and improve the students’ positive psychological benefits better than "single pattern" teaching method,especially in promoting positive interaction,the improvement of the sensitive interpersonal relationship,ability of setbacks for ascension as well as the moral behavior in practice.(2)In terms of interest in martial arts,positive(17.61±3.12 vs.10.28±3.32),negative(5.78±2.05 vs.11.22±3.44),autonomous learning degree(15.65±3.62 vs.9.70±3.67)were significantly different between the two groups.0.05,and there was no significant difference in the participation degree(15.87±3.28 and 14.78±2.88)and martial arts attention degree(15.50±4.30 and 13.98±3.22)between the two groups.The total score of martial arts interest was higher and increased significantly: 82.85±12.68 and 61.52±13.78.The teaching method of "combination of practice and fighting" has significantly improved students’ interest in martial arts.While maintaining students’ high enthusiasm and negativity(reverse),students’ attention to martial arts and independent learning have been greatly improved.And "single routine teaching method for students" interest in martial arts is not significant,the influence of the positivity and negativity(reverse)has dropped dramatically,shows that the teaching method to the student’s enthusiasm has sharply weaken,rather than to help the students still has a higher attention on martial arts from on the one hand,proves that students like martial arts,but I don’t like martial arts class.(3)In terms of the comprehensive performance of martial arts routine level,the difference range between the two groups before and after the experiment was significantly different,and P<0.05:79.98(67.44~84.28)and 68.20(50.00~79.80);Among the two indexes of movement specification(40.00(30.94~5.00)and 35.00(27.50~40.00))and exercise level(39.85(34.65~42.30)and 34.10(21.00~40.70)),the difference range of the two groups before and after the experiment was significantly different,P<0.05.The power is in standard degree,speed,coordination,point accurately points on indicators,the experimental group was significantly better than control group,suggests that "shadowboxing combination" teaching method to improve the students’ Wushu level is better than that of a "single routine" teaching method,not only in the action standard has improved,and in the practice level power speed,stability,accurate point index has also improved.
