The feathered development of Internet technology has spawned its high penetration rate,making “Internet + education” an important trend in the development of contemporary education.The transformation of “teaching” and “learning” under the guidance of this new learning ecology also gradually changed the way of college students’ learning.However,there is still a question for all educators to consider: how to ensure students’ engagement in online learning? In this,the paper devotes to fully search the problems of teaching interaction in college students’ online learning and analyzes the causes of it,based on the comparison of various kinds of teaching interaction effects on college students’ learning commitment and differences,and combined with relevant theories to explore the optimizing interaction strategies which conform to the age of the Internet technology and can improve the college students’ online engagement.This paper sets out to take teaching interaction which is the important variable affecting college students’ online learning,as an intervention mechanism,to facilitate college students’ online learning engagement by optimizing online teaching interaction,and then makes some contributions to improve the quality of college students’ online learning.The basic ideas,content and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,By sorting out and reading the research results of teaching interaction,online learning engagement and their relationship domestic and overseas,this paper mastered the main results of relevant research and practice,clarified the direction of further research,and determined the specific research content,objectives and methods based on the relevant national policies.Secondly,the MOOC platform was used to investigate the impact of teaching interaction on college students’ online learning engagement,and discovered that teaching interaction and college students’ online learning has highly positive correlation,also found that the influence on college students’ learning into the differentiation of all kinds of teaching interaction,and in accordance with this,this paper proposed an ideal teaching interactive exploration strategy to optimize college students’ online learning engagement,thus laying a foundation for discovering the teaching interactive problems and optimization strategies in college students’ online learning engagement.Thirdly,investigated and studied the problems existing in teaching interaction in online learning engagement of college students.Questionnaires were mainly used to comprehensively explore the problems existing in teaching interaction in online learning engagement of college students,and the interview questionnaires were used for in-depth investigation.Through investigation and analysis the question,it was found that the problems of teaching interaction in online learning of college students mainly include the lack of interaction strength between students and students,the lack of depth of interaction between students and content,the lack of validity of interaction between teachers and students and the angle of interaction between students and platform.The dominant reasons for the problems of teaching interaction in online learning of college students are as follows: the initiative of online learning is not strong and the willingness of active communication is low under the main factor of students;Lack of learning value and low academic mood;Weak self-control and deviation of learning center;Secondly,it makes an analysis of teachers’ online teaching energy,teaching competence,teaching interaction design and other aspects under the main factors of teachers deeply.Finally,it is about the online course content richness,school incentive policies and relevant resource input under other objective factors.Finally,this paper proposed the teaching interaction optimization strategies,which based on the discovery of the problems and reasons in order to improve college students’ online learning engagement from the three main aspects of learners who are taught by the teachers,teachers and school by regarding teaching interaction as the starting point and according to the relevant theoretical basis.The optimization strategies mainly includes:Under the guidance of teachers,students’ initiative in online learning is improved,their sense of value is explored,their self-review power is increased and their utilitarianism is weakened;The teachers’ level is about teaching interaction design elements,teaching interaction process design,teaching interaction content design,teaching interaction mode design and selection of rich and high-quality online teaching content;the final is about the school level: the teacher education skills training,the improvement of online teaching evaluation incentive policy and the introduction and development of online learning platform.
