Local high-level universities are the "leaders" of local higher education.They shoulder the main function of cultivating innovative talents and are an important force to promote regional social and economic development.With the change of talent demand in the new era,how to innovate talent training mode,explore talent training path and meet the demand of social and economic development has become a hot issue in academic circles.At present,most of the talent training modes of local high-level universities are path dependent,and the talents still trained according to the traditional concept are difficult to meet the new needs of social and economic development.Therefore,exploring the path of talent training mode of science and education integration,cultivating talents with inquiry consciousness,innovative thinking and practical ability,and promoting regional social and economic development,has become a difficult and hot issue in academic and practical fields.Using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper first defines the concepts of science and education integration,talent training mode and innovative talents,and based on the idea of "teaching research learning" connectome and teaching academic theory,analyzes that science and education integration is an important concept in line with the current law of innovative talents training,And students' classroom research learning and participation in scientific research training are the main ways to implement the talent training mode of science and education integration.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the undergraduates of five universities selected in the "Midwest higher education revitalization plan" in Shaanxi Province,and structured interviews were conducted with teachers,teaching administrators and some students.The results of statistical analysis show that: the current training mode of science and education integration in sample colleges presents four forms: "strong science and education","strong classroom and weak teaching","strong teaching and weak classroom" and "both science and education are weak".Among them,"strong science and education" is the mainstream form of current talent training and plays a leading role in talent training.At the same time,the research shows that the effectiveness of the integration of science and education in Humanities and social sciences is not balanced;The effect of science and education integration in the third grade is lower than that in other grades;Lack of understanding of the concept of integration of science and education;Lack of innovation in classroom teaching;Students' participation rate in scientific research is low.The main reason for these problems is that the talent training program lacks discipline characteristics;It has not yet formed the training mode of different grades;The propaganda of the idea of integration of science and education is not enough;There is path dependence in classroom teaching;Lack of talent training platform for science and education integration.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following paths: first,to strengthen the reform of the talent training mode of the integration of science and education,and to revise the teaching training plan;Second,according to the stage characteristics of students,we should formulate the differentiated talent training strategy by grade;Third,we should strengthen the publicity of the concept of integration of science and education,and create an atmosphere for the cultivation of talents with integration of science and education;Fourth,build a platform for scientific research and education,and encourage students to participate in scientific research.This study takes local high-level universities as the breakthrough point to explore the implementation status of the talent training mode of science and education integration,which has certain pertinence.However,the sample size and the types of universities covered by the sample universities are limited,the objects selected in the questionnaire survey are single,and the survey of teachers and teaching administrators directly related to talent cultivation is lacking,so it is difficult to make a differential analysis of different subjects.
