Track and field as a weak sports event in China,to some extent,hinders the pace of China‘s sports towards a strong sports country,and high-quality reserve of track and field talents is the key to determine the rapid development of track and field in China.According to the analysis of "sustainable development theory" in the aspect of reserve talents,the national education and physical education department puts forward the concept of "integration of physical education and physical education" reserve talents cultivation,aiming at cultivating high-quality all-round sports reserve talents.However,due to the different degree of implementation of the local edu"ation and physical education depart"ents,the development situation in different regions is also uneven.The Olympic track and field school of Huayang middle school in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province "hereinafter referred to as Huayang"field school)has summed up a set of scientific and efficient training mode in the aspect of "integration of sports and education" with many years of exploration,which has provided a large number of talents for China‘s track and field cause in recent years.Based on the current situation of the "integration of sports and education" in the grass-roots training units of track and field in Sichuan Province,and the "integration of sports and education" reserve talents training mode in Huayang Tian school in Chengdu,this paper analyzes it with the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The research shows that the grass-roots training units of track and field in Sichuan Province set up training objectives according to the Different forms of "integration of sports and teaching" have their own characteristics,but the overall situation is not ideal.The "integration of sports and teaching" training mode explored by Huayang Tianxiao has many innovations from the initial selection,arrangement of learning and training,logistics support and transportation stage.This research hopes to "integrate sports and teaching" for Sichuan track and field reserve talents through the successful experience of Huayang Tianxiao The cultivation of "he" can provide reference and enlightenment,and promote the rapid development of track and field in Sichuan Province Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are four common ways to develop the training mode of "integration of sports and education" at the grass-roots level of Sichuan track and field events,which are the auxiliary mode of sports bishop,the auxiliary mode of teaching subject,the co construction mode of"integration of sports and education" and the form of club.(2)The development of "integration of sports and education" in the grass-roots training units of Sichuan track and field events is not ideal.There is a common phenomenon of contradiction between learning and training in the team.The learning of cultural courses and physical training are in a state of separation.The learning of cultural courses takes up a longtime,but the effect is poor.The training time is long and the efficiency is low.It requires the local teaching and sports departments to reach a consensus on optimizing the training program and how to balance the contradiction between learning and training.(3)The grass-roots training units of Sichuan track and field events are faced with difficulties in the selection and transportation of athletes,lack of scientific and reasonable means in the selection of athletes,and it is difficult to recrui" students;the transportation channels are sin"le,and the way out for athletes is narrow,so the future development has limitations.(4)The training mode"of "integration of physical education and teaching" in H"ayang Tianjiao school can be summarized as the completion of teachers,scientific selection of materials,balanced arrangement of learning and training,high efficiency of competition and training,and diversified delivery channels.This mode is not only a simple combination of training cultural level and improving sports ability,but also a comprehensive and multi angle integration of sports system and education system.(5)The characteristics of the training mode of "integration of physical education and physical education" in Huayang Tianjiao are embodied in the "integration" of training objectives,the "comprehensiveness" of training direction,the "definiteness" of training subjects,the "innovation" of training mode,the "efficiency" of training process and the "profundity" of training contents.(6)The training of reserve talents of track and field events in Sichuan Province in the aspect of"integration of sports and education" can draw lessons from the successful experience of Huayang Tian school.The sports and education departments of all cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province should strengthen cooperation and play a leading role;the training units of all regions should strengthen communication,learn from each other‘s strengths and complement each other‘s weaknesses,and cooperate for win-win results;the training units of all kinds of grass-roots sports events in Sichuan Province should strengthen contact and build parallel transmission channels.In view of the above analysis,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)From the macro level,the successful implementation of the training mode of "integration of physical education and physical education" requires the macro-control of education and physical education at the national level,such as providing high-quality education resources for pilot schools in education,providing green channels in school roll,etc.;in sports,strengthening exchanges among various projects,increasing horizontal transmission channels,providing more training and learning opportunities for coaches,etc.(2)From the medium level,we should strengthen the sense of responsibility of teachers and coaches of cultural courses,formulate effective learning and training programs accordingto the characteristics of all kinds of students,and strengthen communication and mutual understanding between them,so as to realize the overall development of students as"the ultimate tra"ning goal.(3)From the micro level,we should deepen students’ self-identity,make them clear their dual identity of "student athletes",and improve quality education.
