As the epidemic continues,the online Chinese teaching mode has become the norm,and it is still impossible to predict when offline teaching will resume.However,since the beginning of large-scale online Chinese teaching,the teaching progress,classroom atmosphere,teacher-student relationship,et al.have all been affected to varying degrees,and the emotional factors of Chinese learners have also undergone new changes,and the teaching effect is obviously not as good as before.It is necessary to get used to and develop independent learning ability.Motivation is considered to be an effective means to improve work and study enthusiasm.Teachers can stimulate students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning by implementing incentive strategies,enhance learning motivation,help students develop autonomous learning habits,and improve autonomous learning ability.Through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and informal interviews,we comprehensively understand the learning situation of students in the oral language class of the Chinese Department of the University of Brawijaya in Indonesia,and analyze and summarize the survey results to find out the factors that are not conducive to the development of autonomous learning ability.After analyzing the results,a total of seven unfavorable factors are summarized,which are: mainly external motivation;lack of confidence in one’s own Chinese;accustomed to the traditional teaching mode;insufficient and unlawful learning of oral Chinese after class;students’ Chinese proficiency It is uneven;there are long-term learning needs,but no detailed plans and goals;there is a sense of self-directed learning,but there is a lack of internal/external motivation.According to the results of the above academic analysis,choose the appropriate incentive strategy.1.Starting from the form of incentives,stimulate students ’ interest in Chinese learning through internal and external incentives;2.Starting from the motivational content,stimulating students’ Chinese learning motivation through material and spiritual incentives;3.Starting from the motivation stage,cultivate students’ metacognitive strategies through process incentives and result incentives;4.Starting from the role of incentives,cultivate students’ autonomous learning habits through positive incentives and negative incentives.From the subjective and objective aspects of teachers and students,it evaluates the effect of the implementation of incentive strategies,and reflects on the application of incentive strategies.After evaluating the effect of the motivation strategy implementation,it is found that the students’ recognition of the motivation strategy is high,and the students’ Chinese learning enthusiasm is significantly improved;in the reflection on the application effect of the motivation strategy,it is found that the motivation strategy used has a positive effect on the meta-recognition of students’ autonomous learning.In the field of knowledge,cognition,language,etc.,it has a good impact,but it needs to be strengthened in the field of psychology and emotion.
