The construction of high-quality teachers is a necessary condition for the development of compulsory education and the key to the consolidation and deepening of the "double reduction" policy.The construction of division team is a necessary condition for the development of compulsory education and the key to the consolidation and deepening of the "double reduction" policy.Since the "double reduction" work has been carried out for less than a year,the implementation degree varies from region to region,and many schools are still in the initial exploratory stage,especially in the practice of teacher team construction,there are many issues that need to be addressed and dealt with,in addition to this China "county-oriented" approach to carry out education reform and management.Therefore,this paper takes "district" as the entry point to study the current situation of teacher team construction in compulsory education in R district under the background of "double reduction" policy,and provides reference suggestions for the improvement of teaching quality in compulsory education.This paper studies the teacher team construction of compulsory education in R district under the background of "double reduction" policy.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,designed the questionnaire,and selected some school principals and personnel directors of education departments to interview.Combined with the interview and questionnaire,From the three dimensions of the general situation of the development of compulsory education in R District,the structure of the teacher team and the status quo of teachers’ work after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the problems existing in the construction of the teacher team are presented,such as the coexistence of overall overstaffing and structural shortage,unreasonable structure of the teacher team,lagging teacher professional development and serious teacher loss survey.It is further concluded that the root causes of teacher team construction in R district are inflexible staffing management,imperfect teacher management mechanism,imperfect supporting measures of "double reduction" and imperfect incentive mechanism.Effectively solve the problems of teachers’ team construction,need dynamic adjustment,improve the system of compiling turnover,strengthen teacher reserve,standardize the teachers use aspects and improve the management mechanism,from elastic to and from work,rich after-school time delay service,to carry out targeted training aspects such as perfecting "double reduction" policy supporting measures,from the aspects such as salary,performance incentives,In order to improve the current situation of the construction of teachers in compulsory education in China,feasible policy suggestions are put forward.
