Research On The Cultivation Of Labor Concepts Of College Students In Xinjiang In The New Era

The so-called labor,it is the most basic human unique social practice activities in the process of social history development,it can promote the development of social history forward.Chinese people have always attached great importance to labor,but with the rapid development of people’s economy,college students’ view of labor gradually began to deviate.Nowadays,college students often do not want to work,or even do not respect labor,they do not have a correct view of labor.Therefore,how to correctly cultivate college students’ view of labor is very important and urgent.The party and the state also gradually begin to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ correct labor concept in colleges and universities,and also provide correct guidance and important support for them on how to educate people.In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out at the National Education Conference that the spirit of labor should be carried forward among students,educated and guided to advocate and respect labor,understand the principles of the most glorious,noble,greatest and most beautiful,and to work hard,honestly and creatively when they grow up.At the same time,the school education system should also be comprehensively constructed to the direction of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,and form a higher level of talent training system.In the topic of this thesis,through the literature research method and investigation research method.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is mainly the background and significance of the research,and the research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly expounds the relevant concepts,collects and sorts out a large number of documents related to labor,discusses the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the new era,and analyzes the significance and importance of the cultivation in Xinjiang from four aspects.The third part mainly investigates the current situation of the labor view of Xinjiang college students in the new era by means of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of the labor view in Xinjiang colleges and universities.The fourth part according to the actual research situation,on the basis of understanding the current situation of college students’ labor view cultivation,for the problems of Xinjiang college university cultivation in the new era.
