Research On The Current Situation And Cultivation Of College Students’ Labor Concept In The New Era

The word "labor" has a long history,although it is ancient,but it is eternal.The Chinese nation can stand firm and still strong in the wind and rain for thousands of years,relying on the correct concept of labor and the spirit of hard work,courage and self-improvement.General Secretary Xi has repeatedly stressed the importance of labor for the growth of college students.Only with a correct outlook on labor can we recognize the saying that labor has created human beings and human society,be conscientious and diligent in real life,and contribute to the development of our country.At present,the world situation is undergoing great changes,and various trends of thought at home and abroad are constantly emerging.In the new era,college students’ thinking and ability to distinguish right from wrong are not mature,and they are easily affected by it.Most of the contemporary college students have the wrong ideas of money worship and hedonism.Hinder personal development and social progress.Therefore,it is of great significance and far-reaching to cultivate college students to establish a correct concept of labor.This research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and literature research,and takes the second part of Marxist labor view theory,the labor view theory of the representatives of the Communist Party of China and the Marxist theory of human all-round development as the theoretical basis,Through the design of the questionnaire,through the combination of online and offline,it will be distributed to college students in the new era to fill in effectively,and then through the software to process the data.This paper makes an objective and comprehensive investigation on the current situation of College Students’ labor concept in the new era,and provides the necessary reference for the whole research.Through comparative analysis,influencing factor analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that there are different differences between the ten basic conditions of college students in the new era,such as their major and political outlook,and their cognition,value,attitude and habits in the labor concept;social factors,family factors and personal factors are significantly related to the labor concept of college students in the new era,Moreover,social and personal factors can significantly predict the status quo of College Students’ labor concept in the two dimensions of labor cognition and labor value in the new era.Finally,it points out that in order to improve the labor situation of college students in the new era,the society needs to pay attention to the top-level design,enhance the authority of labor concept cultivation,deepen theoretical research,ensure the guidance of labor concept theory,rely on the role of example,strengthen the typicality of labor concept cultivation and use network media,and enhance the interaction of labor concept cultivation;the school needs to refine the curriculum system,Strengthen the importance of the cultivation of labor concept,with the help of public welfare activities,weaken the utilitarian nature of the cultivation of labor concept,and pay attention to the cooperation between family and school to ensure the safety of the cultivation process of labor concept;in the family,reshape the family style,update the parents’ labor concept,and set an example to improve the parents’ sense of responsibility;students themselves need to rebuild their cognition,enhance the importance of labor,and take the initiative to participate,To enhance the consciousness of labor,it is necessary to practice and improve the creativity of labor.The purpose of this study is to improve the status quo of labor concept of college students in the new era,and make a modest effort to achieve better growth of college students.
