Since the pilot of campus basketball was launched in 2016,most primary school students in Guangzhou are not very enthusiastic about basketball,and the overall situation of campus basketball development is not ideal.The existing research scope groups on campus basketball mainly focus on young people or middle school students,and lack of research on the development of primary school campus basketball.At the same time,most of the existing literature on campus basketball only stays at the current level,does not involve the mechanism level,and only partially discusses the influencing factors of campus basketball,which is not fully considered.Therefore,on the basis of combing the relevant research on the development of campus basketball in China,this study summarizes four factors affecting the development of campus basketball in primary schools in Guangzhou: society,school,family and individual students.Then,the study uses the statistical analysis method to select three primary schools from 11 districts of Guangzhou according to the stratified sampling of high,middle and low teaching level.The basketball teachers of these primary schools are randomly distributed with questionnaires for investigation,and the internal consistency and reliability of the recovered questionnaires are tested.It is found that the reliability of the whole questionnaire is good α The coefficient is 0.889,and the overall reliability of the questionnaire is good.By analyzing the questionnaire data with the help of structural equation model,it is found that all the path coefficients in the structural equation model are greater than 0.6,which meets the requirements of factor load.Each latent variable meets the criterion that the discriminant validity is greater than the correlation coefficient,indicating that the internal correlation of latent variables is greater than the external correlation.The discrimination between latent variables is high and the discriminant validity is high.Finally,by establishing the path model of influencing factors of campus basketball development without considering individual students and the path model of influencing factors of campus basketball development considering individual students,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)there is a significant correlation between social factors and family factors,but there is no correlation between social factors and school factors,school factors and family factors.(2)Social factors,school factors and family factors have a significant positive correlation with the development of campus basketball.(3)Social factors,school factors and family factors have a significant positive impact on the development of students’ individual factors.Students’ individual factors have a significant positive impact on the development of campus basketball,that is,society,schools and families can promote the development of campus basketball through influence,that is,students’ individual plays an intermediary role in the development of campus basketball.(4)Society,family and school have a direct impact on campus basketball.Society,family and school affect individual students,so as to promote the development of campus basketball.
